I recently had the pleasure of working with Shamir at Islamic Travel, and I can’t express enough how caring and attentive he was from our very first conversation. He took the time to understand my travel needs and offered me a fantastic price that I honestly didn't expect. The level of friendliness and helpfulness from the entire organization was outstanding.

If you're looking for reliable and compassionate travel assistance, I highly recommend using Islamic Travel. Thank you, Shamir, for making my experience so enjoyable!

Hamzah at Islamic travel booked our umrah, and it was a seamless service from start to finish. He got us the best package prices, with the hotels that we wanted. We had no issues throughout our booking, would highly recommend to others and definitely will be using his services again. Jzk for all the help.

Hamza organised our umrah trip for us. We had very good communication with him and everything was well explained. Our whole umrah journey went very well. Thank you very much.

The most amazing journey I had with my family on Umrah Hajj.
Brother Samir our agent who organised the trip was very patient with our complex demands and expectations, he also provided us with guidance and made sure all our needs were met well before we departed.
Alhamdullilah I would highly recommend this agency and would like to thank brother Samir once again for all his help and making this possible.

Alhamdullilah

We first enquired about Umrah back in December 2024 for the last 10 days of Ramadan 2025. Initially, we were struggling to find a suitable package. After a Google search, I came across Islamic Travel and decided to give them a call. From the very first minute, Shahid put me at ease with his professionalism and reassured me that he would do everything he could to find us the right package, including hotels in close proximity to both the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah and the Haram in Makkah.

Incredibly, during that same call, Shahid presented us with excellent options, and we were able to select our hotels and arrange transfers without any hassle. He made the entire process smooth and straightforward. As the trip approached, Shahid also arranged all the necessary visas for my family, making everything even easier for us.

What truly stood out was Shahid’s ongoing support throughout the journey. He regularly checked in to ensure that everything was going according to plan. His dedication gave us great peace of mind, and we were thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided.

During the trip, three of us traveled to Pakistan from Saudi Arabia, while two of my children returned to the UK, and Shahid’s assistance continued without any issues.

Overall, I just want to say that the service Shahid provided was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly polite, courteous, and professional at every stage. I highly recommend Islamic Travel and Shahid’s services to anyone planning their Umrah journey.

We've done an umrah visit as a family of 5, this was our first time in 10 years, Shahid helped us in this visit. He was quick to response and easy to reach.
He was happy with the questions we had.
Transportation He arranged was satisfactory aswell.

Well deserved on the promises

Hamza was a great agent very patient .this was our first trip but he makes it so easy for us .I was so worried about things going wrong but he make sure everything goes so well. We really appreciate your hard work and making everything smooth

I was recommended to Brother Ali for booking our Umrah package and I can confidently say that the service we received was exceptional from start to finish. From the initial inquiry to the final moments of our trip, Ali went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged.

The package he offered was tailored brilliantly to meet our needs and was also very reasonably priced. Despite being based in Pakistan, Ali was always available for support, answering all our questions promptly and with great patience.

Everything—from flights, hotel bookings, transportation, visas, to Ziyarah tours—was seamlessly managed by Ali and his team. Upon our arrival in Madinah, the hotel exceeded our expectations and everything continued to run smoothly throughout our 14-night stay in both Madinah and Makkah.

What stood out the most was Ali's consistent communication. He checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything, which made us feel genuinely looked after.

Overall, the entire experience was smooth, stress-free and truly memorable. I’m deeply impressed with the level of service and personal care provided. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I can’t recommend Brother Ali and his team enough and will definitely be referring family and friends. Without a doubt, I’ll be booking with them again in the near future.

Thank you, Brother Ali, for your outstanding service and heartfelt support.

Alhamdulillah, I had the honour of performing Umrah recently, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Brother Shahid for the incredible support and organisation he provided throughout the entire journey. From the moment we began planning the trip until the completion of our Umrah, Brother Shahid remained in constant contact, checking in regularly and making sure everything was running smoothly.

His dedication, sincerity, and attention to detail were truly admirable. He was always available to answer questions, offer reassurance, and provide useful tips to make the experience as spiritually fulfilling and stress-free as possible. He took the time to explain the process clearly, and his calm, supportive manner helped ease any anxieties we had along the way.

One of the most reassuring aspects of the trip was knowing that we had someone reliable and caring to turn to if we needed anything. Whether it was travel arrangements, accommodation, or simply moral support, Brother Shahid was always there — just a message or call away.

May Allah reward him abundantly for his efforts and intention to serve others on this sacred journey. I highly recommend his services to anyone planning their Umrah. You will be in good hands, In shaa Allah.

JazakAllah khair, Brother Shahid, for everything.

We booked our umrah trip with Hamza through islamic travels and cannot recommend it enough!! He helped through the process and was on hand throughout our trip to answer any questions and deal with any queries we had. It made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

I had found out about this travel company thought my Dad, as he has booked previously with them. The agent that attended to our booking was Hammad. He was very good in terms of what we had asked, and had found us a very good deal. Everything was perfect and he was always on hand when I had a question, even while abroad in Makkah and Medina. Would highly recommend booking with this company. Jazakallah khair

Went to umrah in April 2024 during Ramadan as a single female and Irfan bhai arranged everything and ensured I got there safely.
This year in April 2025 my cousin and family of 7 missed their outgoing flight which was booked via a different company. I called Irfan bhai who was on his leave and he came in to sort it all out and arranged their outgoing flight. Cannot thank them enough for their support and guidance. Irfan bhai kept in contact to ensure they landed in Saudi and arrived back to the UK. 💯 Service. May Allah reward you brother and big jazak Allah from me and my family.

Didn’t go ahead with Daud. But have to say good man with a good price and service, unfortunately my brother found a deal with his mate and decided to go ahead with him instead. Nothing to do with price or daud himself, I’d definitely recommend him and In’sha’Allah would consider approaching him again near future, if need being.

Thank you Sir,
Shamim
