Thank you very much Awais

Irfan was so helpful in finding the best deal to accommodate the dates we had chosen. The process was quick and easy, we booked the package on a Monday and left that same week on a Sunday Alhamdulliah. Irfan continued to communicate with us in Makkah and Medina to make sure the trip was going to plan. Top customer service and will definitely be booking with this company again.

Lajawab log bakamal service. Shahid bhai is the super star of the company. This company shines because of him. I will travel myself next time with the same company. As I trust their safer and credible recommendations. Five star shahid bhai, five star Islamic travels.

We were assisted by Mr Shahid from Islamic travel for our Umrah recently and we found him very helpful at every step. All the information was communicated properly and the proposed hotels were excellent to stay. Everything was managed in an organised manner including the transport. I would highly recommend Mr Shahid from Islamic travel for anyone planning for umrah.

Huge thank you to brother Shahid at Islamic Travel. Our whole trip was very smooth. Communication was smooth. Everything was arranged very quick and I have nothing bad to say. I will definitely be booking with this company again. Transport, hotels and ziyarats were perfect! Brother Shahid would also spend a long time on phone calls with me sorting out details and once again, everything went smooth alhamdulillah.

Great service and able to find very good prices. Everything is arranged perfectly

Assalamualaikum,
I contacted your team to inquire about a custom Ramadan Umrah package, and I must say, Brother Irfan was exceptional in his assistance.
JazakAllah Khair.

Hamza Bhai was very helpful. Thank you so much for helping us out first umrah trip.
Both hotels were amazing, walking distance to Makkah and Madina too.

We've just returned from a 10 day Umrah trip arranged by Islamic travels. Our agent was Hamza, and he arranged everything perfectly and was able to advise us on everything. This was our first time so we were very nervous, he had a lot of patience and guided us and we had an excellent experience.

Amazing trip it was very good experience thanks to Islamic travel the hotel the loops were amazing 7 passengers and we managed to get a car enough for all of us

Thanks to Ali top man

I went to Saudi Arabia for 8 nights to perform Umrah with my family. This whole trip was arranged for us by Awais at Islamic Travels. This included the return flights from London Heathrow, visas for all of us, 2 rooms in Madinah Dallah Taiba hotel, 2 rooms in Makkah Al Ebba hotel and taxi service between airports and hotels, and between Makkah and Madinah hotels, and also included Ziarat in Makkah.
We had an incredible time in Saudi Arabia, as all the services were really good. Taxis were all on time waiting for us on the airports or at the hotels. The flights were on time and as expected. The madinah Hotel was excellent with great service and great location only 4 minutes walk from Masjid e Nabwi. We had a little trouble during the check-in because of which it got delayed by 1 hour. We really liked the hotel and its services. It was room only, therefore we had to look for food outside which was easy to find as there were many options.
Makkh hotel was not bad, but not as good as the madinah hotel. It said 4 stars but we did not feel it was 4 star, it was more like 3 star in terms of services. There was also steep walk from the hotel to the Haram which made it difficult for us as we had two little kids and my elderly father. But the distance was only 600 meters from the Masjid which is not bad. Check in process was quick and easy. Food was easy to find outside.
Overall it was great experience and good service, even though it was on the expensive side. It was hassle free and I would recommend Islamic Travels to others. Thank you Awais for making our Umrah journey smooth we really appreciate it.
