No fuss ordering process with good communication at all times from seller. Order was dispatched quickly and was well packaged. Item was just as described/ pictured. Couldn't be happier with quality of item and would purchase from seller again.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent! I didn’t know what size of ring would be best given the width of the band. Excellent advice given. Unfortunately, whilst the ring fit fine I prefer to wear jewellery looser as my hands swell. I needed to return both items and size up. From repackaging and returning, the whole return process to having my new ring and bangle took three days! Given the approach to Christmas I can’t fault the service. I am looking forward to wearing my new ring and bangle.

For my birthday I was given the beautiful Blue Topaz, Amethyst & Iolite Silver Ring and I can't express how much I love it.
The detail and quality is amazing.
It is even better in reality than the lovely photo.

Contemporary Floral Stud Earrings…
I have several pieces of Isla Silver jewellery all of which are beautiful but this is my favourite so far. I love their unusual designs and that they are very well made with great attention to detail. I also like that I am supporting a British business. These new earrings are stunning. I know I will not see anything like them elsewhere and am beyond happy to have them.
