This company should be renamed…
This company should be renamed Independent Utility ILL advise as I was coerced into signing a 3 year contract at a grossly overpriced rate. A representative of this company came into the business premises to sell me a new energy contact as I was in the last year of my current one . He came across as very genuine and I trusted him to get us the best deal for our business and so I stupidly signed up. I am now paying at least £500 a month more than I would be had I negotiated my own contract. I am the victim of a good salesman. I realise it is a life market and that prices fluctuate but the amount I am paying is far and above any alternative price I have enquired about . Please think long and hard before siging up with this unscrupulous company.December 2023 approached, August 2024 contract started.

Having looked into your query and the account further, this was taken to the ombudsman by yourself. Unfortunately you found yourself due for renewal at one of the most expensive periods in UK energy history. We serviced you as best we could to protect you from further market volatility and mitigated the damage this had on your business.
After you launched this ombudsmen claim it was deemed not to be a miss sell by an impartial case worker. You signed the contract on the rates at that time. It is a live energy market and the rates do fluctuate. Which in this instance is what has happened. I received a cold call from this company. The gentleman didn't give his name and was asking me lots of questions which was an uncomfortable experience. I asked to be removed from their call-list, and I have kept a note of the time/date when they phoned in case they cold-call again.
