iWarehouse spectacle factory Reviews

Warm friendly service. Easy to book a appointment on line. Gives good advice. Very reasonable on price.
Had glasses and safety glasses from them excellent service.

Nice company with efficient service. I use warehouse all the time for providing or reglazing my glasses. The staff are friendly and very knowledgable. And the turnaround is quick and accurate. With all that their prices are extremely competitive, what more could you want

Would never go anywhere else. Friendly helpful staff. Great prices. An all round excellent business.

I could not be happier with the service I received. I have used them several times in recent years. I took in a pair of glasses that I had broken, when wearing them. I was told that a similar frame could be used to put the existing lenses in. These were refashioned to fit and they were perfect. I was only charged for the frames and not for the time it took to fit the lenses into the new frames. Extraordinary service in this day and age.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable

Been a customer for eyewear house for a good few years now.
Always a happy helpful visit, brilliant consumer services always shown.

Outstanding service, prices were fantastic couldn't fault anything

Small building in Gt Yarmouth. I think I was expecting more from their advert but they were friendly and nice environment. The range was not at all what I was expecting and ended up going back to Specsavers for Designer Glasses, however I am sure they have a good range for maybe older generation, but certainly not for a Teenager or myself.

The service with iWarehouse is beyond 5 stars. The best one on one customer service I've received.

As always, fantastic and friendly service, super choice of frames and at great prices! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Superb service. Great value frame. Why go elsewhere?

Excellent service, extremelypolite and knowledgeable. Appointment quick didnt have to wait weeks. Had new varifocal sunglasses lens put in my own frame. Sound advice they suggested gradient tint and I love them. Fab for reading in the sun. Use all the time and can't recommend enough. Well done to you all.

Easy to get an appointment, seen on time.
