My Fiancé and I purchased an engagement ring approximately two years ago, with multiple diamonds. We were delighted with the professionalism of the ladies in the Argyl Arcade branch and their hospitality. Unfortunately, two years later one of the stones came loose on the ring and was lost. On presenting the ring to the team in the Argyle Arcade branch they decided to investigate the reasons for the stone coming out. After four weeks the shop called us and informed that they would replace the stone and make the ring as good as new at their cost. The quality of the ring repair and assistance from the staff was second to none. I would highly recommend James Porter & Sons to anyone seeking to purchase fine Jewlery, as this level of customer service from a retailer is very rare these days.

I’ve been looking for this particular watch for months! Loads on the market but at a high price and outside of the UK. I found the watch on the James Porter & Son website at a sale price. I ordered it online and paid with PayPal. I was able to track its journey and it was delivered before 1pm the very next day! An excellent service, from a highly recommended company.

Super easy purchase from their website and promptly dispatch. The watch is beautiful.
The only thing that I would suggest is to have payment options like Klarma for larger payments as applying for an old fashioned loan was a bit off putting, otherwise highly recommended

Excellent speedy service. Id wanted an Oris Cotton Candy for a long while and found one for a great price at James Porter & Son. Ordered online as I am nowhere near the area the shop is. Ordered Sunday afternoon and the watch arrived Tuesday morning securely packaged. I would 100% buy another watch from James Porter & Son. Thank you!

I knew what I was after and the James Porter website made it very easy to purchase the watch I wanted. I have since decided I wanted a different strap and, since the watch is German, sent a quick email to ask if they could source one for me. I now have a couple of straps on order without having to pay a ridiculous €50 Euro postage fee! I'm very happy with their service.
