For what it is, it was very expensive add on postage and it was £15 for a tiny piece of plastic

Unfortunately the pushchair when it arrived had a fault in it. However, one email and a phone call and the problem was sorted and a replacement part sent. Impressed with the aftercare!

Appalling service! I ordered a pushchair and a footmuff on Jan 11 (Order 110011). I was informed that it could take 10-20 days to be delivered. But it´s over 5 weeks now and still waiting. I had to buy another pushchair in the meantime to survive! Customer service on the phone was totally unhelpful and unpolite. You can't contact them through Facebook, and if you leave a negative message to one of their posts, they block you. I don´t know about the quality of the products, but definitely, a company TO AVOID.
I add this after reading Jane's response: the product was NOT out of stock, it said it would take up to 20 days. I was asking to get the product I ordered and, to make up for the meantime expenses and stress, I asked for a small compensation. Perhaps if you had called me explaining about the storms, instead of ignoring me for weeks, I'd have been more flexible, but I think a purchase of almost £300 deserves a bit more of professional service. If you call cancelling on me after 6 weeks solving a problem, well, that says a lot about you...

I don't use wooden cots because of an accident with my older son, I have been looking for something right and I have spent an absolute fortune trying to find it, I spotted this travel cot on line and decided to buy figured it's not a massive amount to loose, I cannot recommend it enough I put a proper cot spring mattress into it and my little boy loves it, it's perfect size, fantastic quality, we are very very happy and I'm buying one for daddy's house tomorrow, thank you

Bought on the 27th December from website, never got a confirmation email until dispatch day January 3rd but money had already been taken from credit card. Luckily kept a screenshot of order number. Once dispatched all was well and love the high chair at great sale price ! I’m aware that was bank holiday period but not even an auto-generated email to confirm?

The advertisement says tha will be dispatched the same day, but in fact was dispatched 2days later. False advertising and I am very disappointed for that reason. Otherwise the price was perfect.
