J Bear Properties were great from the word go! Great customer service and kept us informed every step of the way. Was wary of using a service like this as opposed to traditional estate agents but at times of uncertainty they took care of everything. With 2 small children it was important dates of the move worked well and they purchased our property on our chosen date while giving us the best cash offer. It was all very simple and the staff were always there if i had any queries. It was all stress free and if i were to sell my house again (which I do not plan on doing) I will definitely be using them again!
