SCAM!!!

Ordered from Jeulia as I thought their selection of engagement rings were pretty and i never wanted a massively expensive engagement ring. Ordered the one I liked and paid for express shipping. Ordered a week ago tomorrow. Paid for the tax. The order has been pending for the whole week. Not showing any progress. Ok it says it can take 7-10 business days to go to shipping. Asked the chat bot. It says it has been shipped? And i can check with fed ex. Well no I cant because I have no tracking number as it still shows "processing'. Raise a ticket asking on the actual progress. They will respond in 24 hrs. Nothing. Send another ticket. No response. Start to feel suspicious. Read reviews. Find out that they arent honest or realistic with processing and shipping times. Decide that i want to cancel the order. Two more tickets raised. No response. Luckily I did the payment through klarna and they are now handling it. I doubt i will get the tax money back but please dont order like I did to save money!! Pay the extra and go somewhere reputable and who's customer service actually contact the customers. Very disappointed.

I ordered a ring and it's too small. I have been trying to return it for the past week and have not heard from anyone. I have submitted 3 tickets and nobody has got back to me. I've spoken to "Jeuliabot" which was a complete waste of time, as all it kept asking me for was my email and kept telling me to submit a ticket. I have also sent an email directly to them and still nothing. The last thing I need is to be paying for a ring I can't wear. There jewellery maybe lovely but Customer Service is extremely poor

I have been looking for simple wedding rings for my husband and I for our civil wedding. But there are some guidelines we have to adhere to as we are of the Islamic faith. For a man he has to have Stirling silver and only 1 stone. As we are already married and we wanted to have rings for our civil marriage that are understated but still full of meaning.
To be able to add an engraving was great. 'Created in pairs' is how we are intend by Allah. These rings will be worn as a reminder of this and as they are unbroken rings that our love for each other will be never ending.

Ordered a ring 2weeks for delivery item isn't what I expected. I requested a refund and to return 2 days and still no further forward on how to reyurn. Unless I want to reorder another item. I don't want another item I do t want the one I received....... Don't waste your time unless you are sure you know what you are getting

Bought a necklace for my wife for our anniversary. She didn't like it, so I looked at returning it. After numerous emails telling me it was custom made, I wouldn't be able to get a refund, but store credit. It was posted from china and the return address was the USA. There was a 35% restocking charge. I don't want to buy from them again, so store credit is useless. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

29th June. Now I am offered a 20% refund and keep the item if I retract my review. I have an email to prove this.

Unreal how a company think it is fine to trade. I'm self employed and wouldn't last 6 months working like this.

The website is easy to navigate.
The products are stunning. Had problems picking on my choice or ring due to -so many stunning products. I now have more on my planned list to buy 💞 If all goes well with delivery.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered a ring from Jeulia, I cancelled immediately, around an hour later after finding out they're poor quality and not real stones, they are classed as "Jeulia stones" basically coloured fake stones and they are based in China. I asked them to refund and they kept telling me it had gone into production and a 30% charge would apply. I asked them to prove this to me which they could not. So I told them I expect a refund, they then said there will be a 20% charge. Then I opened a dispute with PayPal. This has got their backs up and now telling me they cant refund me with a dispute against them open and to close it for my refund. Then they keep going quiet on me. I have uploaded these emails to my PayPal dispute case. I am not stupid, I know they can refund me with the case open, they're just out to scam people!
UPDATE: PayPal closed the case in my favour since the company were being awkward and telling me to close the dispute for them to process a refund! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

The audience process payment have taken and then a separate invoice for VAT was sent to me with no previous mention of this. I’m cancelling the total order.

This company is the worst ,stay well away do not waste your money. Quality is terrible and they never responded to your emails . Always ai with the same thing . They should be appaled

This is a scam company! First red flag is it comes from China. I bought a necklace that is not like the pictures on the website. Very dull and cheaply made.
To return it has been the worst. From saying they charge a 35% restocking fee which is illegal Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
They then want me to return to California USA! You have to pay the return cost yourself which would be a extra £32.
I have had to end up reporting and disputing the company via my bank.
Avoid at all costs!

The item received is very poor quality. It is clearly cheaply made.

The returns process has thus far been very poor, and I fear I will be out of pocket for postage costs.

The name of the company is also misleading because this is a Chinese company. Any orders are therefore subject to an eye watering charge from their courier.

Finally, the spam i have received from this company after buying an item is ridiculous. The only reason they have not been blocked yet is because I will need to communicate further for my return.

I would not use this company again and would urge any potential users to reconsider.

I added a ring to the online basket and it disappeared. So, I added another but the basket only indicated 1 ring. When I paid, I ended up paying for 2. I contacted customer service and was informed that they could not send me one but I could return one for a refund. When I tried to initiate a refund, the website didn't work. I emailed customer service several times and, on each occasion, was asked to explain the problem - I did this 4 times to no avail. Service so bad, I believe this amounts to a scam.

As requested, I have now emailed you the details for the 5th time - it will be interesting to see whether you actually respond this time.
