Beautiful hat. Beautiful material. Light weight but warm. Very fast shipping. Could have had a more special hat box style packaging but it arrived fine.

Normally I would shop in person but believe it or not I haven't been back to Manhattan since the pandemic! Next best thing is JJ's online presence. they make buying so easy. Ive never had to return anything so I can't speak to that. However, getting my hat(s) in 48 hours is the real deal for me.

Shipping was reasonably prompt. Condition of wax traveler hat had a bend on the crown that's a permanent flaw due to poor packaging. Customer Service is impossible to reach other than email.

Your return process was really opaque- you sent different emails that didn't capture information shared in previous emails, and I wasn't confident I was giving you the information you needed to process a return.

It fits my stupidly large head, is well made as are all Wigens caps and in one persons opinion, mine, it looks good!

Delivery was as agreed. Requested a delivery fee refund due and they obliged.

I love the Alfonso d’Este hat, which arrived in only five days (shipped from Europe). I had previously bought a d’Este hat in Spain, and was pleased that they are available in the US.

I ordered and received a
Tarnell Traveler cotton Stetson.
When I opened the box I found the hat, wrapped in crumpled brown paper,
squashed. The crown was almost flattened to the brim.
(I’m not exaggerating)
I pushed up on the inside of the crown to bring it back to the original shape, however, it was, and still is, wrinkled in several places.

Im not going to go through the hassle to return it.
I am hesitant to order another hat from you.

I purchased some baseball caps when in New York in 2024 so was pleased to be able to order a new one online in 2025 which was delivered to London very quickly.

I am still trying to exchange my hat, order number 91552. You said the return is approved. Fill in the return form. I can't find it anywhere. Then you want to charge me $25 but no info about where and how I would charge it? I am going to call the shop tomorrow.

Hat fitting perfectly and arrived in a hat box without problems

My hats--I ordered 4 of them--came quickly and they were just as advertised. I wanted colorful, well made, distinctive hats, and although they were pricey, they were well worth it.

Careful packaging and fast delivery.
