Amazing call handler experience but no email received to let me know when the engineer would come. Also disappointed that an engineer did not attend the same day with us being a care home and there only being 1x washer on site.

Although having ongoing issues with our oven, the customer service has been excellent and always an engineer was on site within 24 hours. Communication has always been good and call backs to check everything is ok as promised!

Prompt response from JLA
I contacted JLA (Sully) this afternoon and within half an hour, engineer John was on site to investigate why the laundry door lock was defective. John went into his van, got the spare parts and fix the problem.
Residents at Norwich House are so pleased with the promptness and for resolving the problem.
