I rang re a fault code on an iron and was told it would be 24 hours until the iron was attended to. I googles the Girbau website found the fault and diagnosis and fixed it myself. Not a good advert for total care

I would rate this company as zero
I would rate this company as zero if it was an option. Service has been awful. Took persistent chasing to get the Industrial Laundry Equipment disconnected and now 37 days after the end of our contract the equipment is still outside the property awaiting collection putting the vulnerable adults that live there at risk from repeated calls by illegal scrap metal dealers wanting to take the equipment.
