I have been a fan of the elance french cut brief for many years. T hey are well made with quality fabric and the fit is perfect. The word wedgie will drop from your vocabulary, you will only feel the comfort. If they stop making them I will be lost.

I have worn Jockey’s Elance Poco brief for over 15 years. I recently made a new purchase for additional briefs and come to find that they are far inferior to the prior product! They are far thinner material and overall quality is not the same!

The product was not delivered from jockey and no customer care for refund also. Constantly I am in touch with customer care and they give the auto mail.no step for refund. It has been more than 20 days.

They are awful. Placed an order a week ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. Called customer service today and the woman I spoke to was so unhelpful and condescending and was like it can take 8 business days to ship. That’s unheard of in this day and age. And it should have said that when I ordered. I needed this package for a trip I’m taking Saturday. I’ll be filing a chargeback with my credit card company and will never do business with Jockey again.

JOCKEY has shortened the length of men undershirts - more than likely as a result of cost cutting. I have switched to a competing brand that I have found to be more comfortable than Jockey.

Purchased a pair of Jockey underpants at Myer & loved them, unfortunately there was no more in store so I turned to Jockey website where I located the identical product, bearing same item code, so I ordered 12 pair in good faith, total cost over $140. Within a week I received the order, they had the same item code as my store bought ones so I removed the tags & washed them in preparation to wear. It wasn’t until I wore a pair that I realised they weren’t the same pants as my Myer ones so I contacted Jockey. It was revealed in a phone conversation with a Jockey staff member that both my old ones & my new 12 pairs do in fact have the same item number but are totally different products, I was told that Jockey would look into it & most likely be given a refund, I later received an email stating that as I had removed the tags, a refund or reimbursement would not be possible & they would not replace the items, even though they are incorrectly advertised. I then wore a pair that Jockey had sent me, the cut was different, they rolled down during the day from my waist, they were extremely uncomfortable. So on Saturday evening all 12 pair of Jockeys underpants were cremated & have gone to underpant hell. Thankyou Jockey for wasting my money, time & effort, I will never purchase another product from you again.

I love the t shirt material but the plastic on my shoulder blade is very itchy and annoying so I dont buy it.. won't recommend

Item claimed to be silk. It is in fact polyamide.

Bought Jockey woman mid-waist underwear with tummy control. What a waste of money. The underwear rolls if you bend, sit or walk. I wear a size 10 pants got two different sizes one large and one medium WITH THE SAME RESULTS. I HIGHLY RECOMMED you NOT buy this product. I now have them in the garbage! Jockey owes me my money back! never again will I buy there product!

This was my go-to place until recent orders were of poor quality and made of thin material. I ordered the same product, but the items I received were not the same. Takes too long and too much $ to earn points in their loyalty reward program. Not enough incentive. Quality is down. Inconsistent. Will look elsewhere for next purchase.

Subject:Complaint Regarding Poor Quality of Jockey Underwear Causing Skin Issues

Dear Jockey Customer Support,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent purchase I made at your Udaipur store. I clearly informed the store staff at the time of purchase that I have a medical concern involving rashes and friction in my thighs, and was specifically looking for underwear that would help alleviate this issue. Based on their assurance, I purchased Jockey products worth approximately ₹6,000, expecting premium quality and comfort.

However, after using the underwear, not only did my condition worsen, but I have also developed painful swelling and rashes that now require medical treatment. This issue has escalated to the point where I am unable to attend to my professional duties in Dubai, where I currently reside for business purposes. This has caused me not only physical pain but also financial and professional inconvenience.

I trusted the Jockey brand for its quality and reputation, and I feel completely let down. I request that you investigate this matter seriously and provide compensation or a suitable resolution. I am also attaching medical reports and photos of the affected area (if necessary) to validate my claim.

The only reason why I gave one star was because in order to write a review. I have been purchasing these underwear, a string bikini for over 25 to 30 years. The quality has gone downhill big time. I will no longer waste my money, buying these underwear and won’t be looking for another pair. When I wrote the company all they could tell me was I’m sorry. I’m sorry is an excuse and is meaningless..

I was unable to order online because the site would not allow my PayPal payment method. It would cycle me to PayPal, PayPal would approve my payment and send me back to Jockey to complete my order and Jockey would send me back to PayPal. I tried at least a dozen times using different computers and could not complete the order. The site was trying to FORCE me to enter my credit card number and THAT IS NOT HAPPENING!!! I called the customer service number and they said the only way they could complete my order was to take my credit card number. Aside from that, they told me that I needed to clear my search history??? I decided I would play that silly game and I did…only to achieve the same non-result. I could not use PayPal. Funny thing is, I went to a different retail site and ordered THEIR underwear and my PayPal method went right through. So who needs Jockey???

After buying men's underwear, socks and tshirts, I was inundated with emails, SMS and mail from Jockey for women clothing; over 7 in 24 hours. What is wrong with Jockey?

So, Two things happened : One is related to Custoemr Service and other is their Briefs Products.
1. Jocket has been changing their products. I am not talking about new products it is trying to bring but I am talking about old products.Some of things you need to be aware of : Front Open FLy is disappearing ina lot of Jockey Products, thier signature products MC08 model is out of stock multiple times ina year for almost months.
2. Next is Size. I use to order only a specific size for Jockey Products. But it seems the comfort of these sizes are going away. For eg. last order I made for the same model that I bought few years ago, the biggest difference in briefs is confirt. Old ones have some space in the front. New ones are like too tight in the front.
3. Low Rise: Maybe it works for you, but avoid low rise products. You will not key these keywords in the Product description but rather on the bottom of the website, they have highlighted multiple keywords that can be used to search the same product. Low rise Briefs are too tight and not confortable.
4. Thier customer service is bad. I have emaile them only 1 uestion : Is the Model MC08 is in stock? When willl it be in stock ? OR is it a discontinued product? How hard it is to understand this question? They are not responding then, then they called and i cannot pickup at work, then a reply came we called you. Well if you are emailing atleast send the response for those questions.
I did;t understand that 10 mins of work is being made into 1 hr of cusomter service. Is it because customer service is billing them for hours ? not sure.
So, maybe you shoul call them directly if you need to talk to cusomter service. Emailing not usefule. i would recommend jockey to replace emailing with chat. that is the fastest method.

I returned an item and was told once Jockey received item a refund would follow 7-10 days. I waited past 10 days and no refund. I called and was told “sorry”, they would look into the refund. Finally a refund was coming to me but I needed to wait another 3-5.
Jockey gets their money before they ship the products, which can take over two weeks to receive,

Firstly, I do not think they rate even one star. My wife recently purchased a 4-pack of briefs. A totally different fit to the pack that I purchased 18 months ago. Tight fitting, not true to size, thinner material and less of it in construction.
Whoever thought this design up needs immediate sacking as the briefs are useless and certainly does not warrant anyone parting with their hard earned cash. Recommended purchase of an alternative brand.

VERY slow shipping. I ordered end of Jan & now they will be here Feb 13th? Thats horrible service.
