Trying to find Made in USA Men’s v-neck t-shirts in 2XLT but they are so under stocked it’s ridiculous. Plus when I used their chat function, it will not/not help you with inputting an email address. No option to opt out. So if you want customer service, you MUST give them your info so they can sell it. Lousy jerks. Hurting Made in USA. WAKE UP JOCKEY!!!

Jockey is using carriers that use USPS last mile delivery. USPS is repeatedly unreliable reporting package delivered to mailbox when it was never delivered. Once again I will have to wait weeks to see if it ever shows up. JOCKEY needs to be upfront about USPS delivery so I can do business with Amazon instead of Jockey.

habe 4 Schalfanzüge bestellt, 2 waren passend, 2 eine Nummer zu klein. Zurückgeschickt und sofort eine Nummer größer neu bestellt und auch wieder gezahlt, da ich sie gerne haben wollte und im Sale/ Homepage nur noch eine kleine Stückzahl angegeben war. Die Rückzahlung erhielt ich umgehend. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Quality went way down! A pair of Jockey socks used to last more than a year with frequent wear. Now, ALL my Jockey socks develop holes in the first month... Not good for the wallet, not good for the environment.

I have purchased 6 pairs of the Worry Free Underpants for women. The crouch panel has come unglued in all of them. None of them have been in the dryer. I wrote to the company about this issue and haven't heard squat from them.They need to either change the glue that they use or sew the panel down.

We are surprised to see automated responses from jockey after multiple mails and calls reiterating that jockey sent us the wrong product and not vice versa.

When a mistake occurs from their side by sending something that we hadn’t ordered, they cannot pass the buck on the customer giving a generalized response saying that the product comes under the category of inner wear. I am now stuck with a product which is waste and I won’t be using, for a mistake that occurred from jockey.

This shows callousness from their side where none of the jockey staff seem to care, regret or show basic customer service.

For years we have been using jockey products. After this sort of behavior from jockey, where the company doesn’t give a damn to its customers, we don’t think we would spend our money on such a company which doesn’t listen to customer concerns, which after weeks of complaints still doesn’t bother and which doesn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for its errors.

Avoid using this company. They have been totally unfair to a very elderly couple who were sent the wrong items. They are proving reluctant to exchange the items despite many communications.

While buying the Jockey brand and being pleased with the product for a long time, my last experience was a different experience

The last packaged ladies panties was a surprise. I bought the same size as usual, size 7,However, the label did NOT include they were panties for a a male

The crouch was extended several inches and would not be comfortable for a woman

Excellent fabric quality not see through like most athletic wear garments, washes and wears great for years.

Very bad quality products nowadays, don't even buy briefs here. All my briefs are damaged after 1-year

I returned two pairs of pants to Jockey. It took them 2 months to process them. Today I received and email stating that I'm only getting half back from the order. I will never do business with them again!!! They never return correspondence for my inquiries. They should lose all customers.

The products are great, but their customer service is very poor. I returned an item many months ago. There were 10 pairs. They only gave me credit for eight, which took two months to do. I have sent multiple inquiries, looking to refund the other two and just can’t get an answer.

My bank blocked my card as jockey.com attempted to charge 0 USD (apparently a typical thing when testing stolen card details).

I agree with many of the reviews here. The quality of Jockey 5 years ago was great. Then they started using cheaper/ less comfortable fabrics and they kind of lost me there. I don't know why you stop making something when the quality is so good people come back for it. The comfort and breathabilty of the fabrics has definitely taken a hit. The shipping is also a factor. It takes them 10 days just to get an item from the warehouse to ship (shows printing label for 10 days, but nothing has been dropped off at UPS.) No fun at all! They are not going to make it as an e-commerce until they start communicating better and sticking with the right line of goods that people keep coming back for

I have liked Jockey products for a long time, but recently placed 2 different orders at different times. I needed to return one thing from each order. I had tracking numbers, so could see the company had received the items. I waited 3 weeks to finally call customer service. I was told it would take at least 17 business days for them to credit my account & then an additional 3-5 business days to see it on my credit card. Ridiculous!! It is now over a month since they received my return. I finally got an email saying my account was credited, but still no sign of it on my credit card. I will shop elsewhere going forward.

I want to give 3 stars, but it's too frustrating to do so. Jockey is my preferred brand for underthings, and I love the products – alone they would receive 5 stars. However, the website is a joke. If you are abroad, it will block you from purchasing. The website also, bizarrely, blocks VPNs. The chat function works, but the poor employee on the other end can only send you a password reset link. That's not their fault. They will tell you to wait until you're back in the States, but some people travel very frequently. I have, more than once, been unable to "add to cart" let alone make a purchase. Therefore, for the uselessness of the website, I'm giving it 2 stars.

Excellent service, ordered twice.
1st order arrived after 3 days, very well packaged and the bra is great, well fitting and super support.
So I ordered another colour and again the service was excellent.
Highly reccomend this company
