Disgusting, I received a bra which had all white stains on the front and hairs inside the cup, this was obviously used and should never have been sent out.
Although I was refunded no offer of a replacement was made, would not order from again

I ordered 15 pair of jockeys woman underwear. So sorry that I did. Every single pair fell apart. Holes in the side seams and the part between the legs had tons of stitching threads unraveling. Not good for the threads that end up there. I tossed them all. And the expense is terrible. I’m disgusted and will tell anyone not to bother ordering from them.

Instead of refunding upon getting it they chose to delay refund until 12/24/2024
Terrible customer service. I will let you know if I ever get it

Great long lasting product
I've been wearing Jockey underwear for decades. It lasts a long time. AND!!! The customer service is superior. I've had to call a couple times over the years and have always received excellent care. Also, the product arrives fast.

Jockey received my return and sent an email promising refund within 10 days. It's now nearly 6 weeks and the system still says "We're working to get your refund to you as soon as possible." Baloney.

Always buy Jockey woman's underwear. This time my son ordered some for me. The one pair I have already has a small hole in. Now what do I do? Kind of made me mad because there underwear I've been buying for years and this never happened before.

Shipped thin, poor quality polyester "lounge wear", with no bra in place of the cotton camisoles with built-in bra that I have been ordering for years. I paid $19.50 each and what I received is unusable.... not even as a dust rag. What a scam and waste of my time.

GLS hat die bestellte Ware einfach nicht zugestellt, sondern verlangt, dass ich sie in einem weit entfernten Shop abhole. Die Kundenbetreuung von Jockey hat mir sehr gut bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit GLS geholfen und am Ende einer Stornierung zugestimmt. Ich werde weiterhin bei Jockey bestellen.

I bought jockey woman underwear years ago in the US and wanted to buy new underwear. I ordered it on the European website and everything went perfect: communication, delivery and good quality! Very happy 😁

The quality of Jockey is going down, down, down. Just bought two 6-pack packages of underwear, washed them twice and still smell horrible chemicals. After 25 years, I’m thinking I have to change my brand.

New product Chafe Free Trunks are manufactured two sizes too small.

Sehr schneller Versand (leider jedoch mit GLS- so nervig), tolle Produkte, unkomplizierte Warenrückgabe und direkte Erstattung. Bin mit den Produkten zufrieden und würde nochmals bestellen.

Jockey is not my go to but I did buy a number of pairs of specialty underwear to test out, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality, fit, and style. Could use more color options but otherwise good to wear on the daily.

What went wrong is they email several times a day no matter how much I spam . Its harassment I'm filling a complaint with BBB and my email provider . I'll never buy anything from them again .

I have been a jockey underwear customer for 20+ years and I recently ordered a new set of panties. They arrived in a timely manner, but when I removed the panties from the package, I immediately noticed how thin and transparent the 100% cotton material was! I checked the tag and saw they were made in India. I then compared them to some of my older, worn pairs and saw those were made in the following places: Cambodia, Malaysia and Jamaica. Despite being older and worn, the material on those pairs was thicker and softer than the new pairs I ordered. I see that Jockey is now skimping on quality and I am no longer a fan. Time to look elsewhere.

I will NEVER order from this place again! Sent back a poorly made & falsely described men’s jacket liner. Took over 3wks using their label. Wrote note with package to credit me with gift card as I no longer had orginal cc Almost a month later I receive email that my refund processed to orginal payment. Called Jockey customer service & basically told “not our problem “ call cc company. THEY screwed up & it’s MY problem? Never again! Reporting complaint to better business bureau! Their own literature states a gift card will be issued if cc no longer valid. This company does nothing but lie

Everyone is always so helpful. I hurt my back and had trouble walking. They got a chair for me because I couldn’t stand very long and asked if I needed any thing. When I made it to the front door, they brought the chair up so I could sit and wait for my daughter to come in the car to pick me up. What other store would do that for a customer?

I bought the 100% cotton underwear because I had good experiences with prior purchases from the Jockey brand. I am very disappointed how loose the fabric in the brand new underwear becomes after 4-6 hours of wearing them. I bought 12 of them, what a waste of my money!
