Order made on 25 November has not arrived. Have emailed twice and not had a reply apart from automated one.. Was for an xmas present so disappointing.

Thanks for your response but I did email them yesterday to ask for a refund at least and no reply yet.

Updating on 21 January. Still no Popcorn still no refund. Customer service have not got in touch.

I placed an order and received emails that confirmed the order was received and that they had shipped it. No order ever arrived. I emailed more than three times but never got a reply to any of them. Do not order unless you just want to throw your money away.

My popcorn had not arrived for almost a month. After I got in touch with their support team, I had an email sent back to me within an hour.

They apologised and said my order had been caught up in the recent Royal Mail postal strikes. They re-sent my order for free.

I have never seen customer service as good as this before. Well chuffed.

Treated myself to the advent calendar as I love this popcorn. Very small bags of popcorn included, it’s nice but not worth the price in my opinion. Shame as I loved this brand previously

Usually order from this company without any hitch but my last experience has caused me to exit stage left. They also sell products through Vodafone and all you have to do is pay shipping (a nice deal). Anyways ordered since the middle of October and they shipped on the 27th or so in October. Today is the 30th November still no package, did check with Customer service who apologized for the delay in responding to my query as they took a while (think thdy said something was down). Gave me a tracking number which wasn't working at first now its telling me I'll receive an update when delivery is attempted, went back to J&S several times and yet to receive a response but I can't be bothered anymore so opened a case with PayPal. Seems like their in over their heads with Customer Services and its really sad that they can't get it right. Once the matter is sorted if the package ever turns up I will send it back, think they need to realize that their popcorn get stale pretty fast. Also J&S pls don't bother responding to this review because I've sent about 3-4 messages and still waiting....

OMG!!! Christmas comes early!! Absolutely gorgeous. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Flavours: Caramel & White Chocolate, Pumpkin Spice, Caramel & Belgian Chocolate, Salted Caramel. Other flavours also available.
Outside package, very good, no damage. Quick on-time delivery. Contents in separate pouches - no tears, perfectly sealed. Contents - leave you wanting more. The flavours are as they say on the label and MOORISH. A very good find. Anyone reading this - treat yourself and others GO BUY and ENJOY. Perfect for Christmas stocking fillers or actually anytime of the day when you need a pick you up.
As an additional plus - a family grown and maintained business. Let's support them!!

Delicious and tasty popcorn, very moreish too! I thought that the size of the bag would not be enough for 4 people to share but boy we were well satisfied. Thank you for such delicious flavours - got another packet to try out now!

Absolutely delicious (and very moorish) and in quality packaging as well. My favourite was the Salted Caramel and my wife's was the Belgian chocolate but we both would have either again.
We look forward to trying other flavours!

Our popcorn arrived just in time for the weekend so we settled down for a movie and we wasn't disappointed. This is literally the tastiest popcorn which we have ever had! It was delicious and we will definitely be ordering again :)

This is the 1st time of buying the popcorn and it was fantastic.
Real quality product and would recommend it I now have a new favourite snack for a movie.

Popcorn is wonderful, no complaints at all but oh my lord, the packaging is horrible. The amount of times I've wrestled with pulling the seal apart to get into isn't funny. Horrible horrible design that needs to be ditch

I have purchased popcorn from this company many times and have been happy with the popcorn. Recently I placed an order and the milk chocolate popcorn must have melted on it's way to me in the post and all of the popcorn was stuck in one huge block of chocolate. I was unable to enjoy this packet. I e-mailed the company to see if they could sort this out as I felt it was a one off. They never got back to me. I've then purchased some more popcorn from the company 10 days ago and I have NO popcorn, NO e-mail to say it's on it's way. What's happened? This company were so good months ago!

We had an issue (where Royal Mail lost the parcel) and it was easy to contact them via the website and they were really helpful in sorting it out.

As someone who isn't usually a big popcorn fan we got this to try and its amazing!
Really nice for a treat and makes a change from just the normal supermarket options, and I'm addicted to the white chocolate and caramel ones.

Amazing tasting popcorn. Best ive ever had...a bit costly so its a rare treat... highly recommended!!

Haven't tasted it yet but didsapointed with the whole experience.Expensive, small and most importantly didn't arrive in time for easter which was the whole point.

Bought a jar for my partners valentines day. I signed up to the newsletter that promises a discount code for signing up. Never ever arrived. Such a con! Delivery was on time however, the box was big but the contents tiny! It is like Amazon with their obsession of excess packaging. The product was a lot smaller than expected for the price paid. Really overpriced popcorn. Not had a great first impression and therefore, most likely wont order again
