Joe & Seph's Gourmet Popcorn Reviews 

Please can you tell us what is going on with your packaging? I have some salted caramel, tastes ok, but it comes in this incredibly heavy plastic pinch-lock pouch with a piece of cardboard folded over the top. When I say heavy, I mean you could fill it with industrial weight gravel and it would be up to the job. When I remove this to get my slightly chubby fingers into the pouch, the aforementioned fingers get covered in the sticky glue that once held the cardboard in place. Altogether very unpleasant ‘unwrapping’ experience and unless mistaken the heaviest, clumsiest, most un-environmentally sound bit of confectionary wrapping this poor planet has ever seen? May be recyclable but that doesn’t mean people will recycle it, sadly.

I had some just before xmas. I had the popcorn salted caramel with milk chocolate and one with plain chocolate. They tasted amazing. I intend to buy again. definitely recommend

I've just experienced Joe&Seph's popcorn (Chocolate coated) and WOW! The best popcorn I've ever tasted, and add to that the lovely thick coating of chocolate and you have a snack heaven! So much so that I have told my husband not to buy me any more in case I get addicted - I'm sure he got the point that more would be welcome, especially as he loved them so much too. Well done Joe & Seph and company of course.

We tried a bag of milk and dark chocolate popcorns stars, just amazing, yeah might be a little more expensive than normal but wow it’s worth it. If your reading this and not tried give it a go, you won’t be disappointed 👌

Great customer service when I inadvertently ordered a regular delivery duplicating my large Christmas order. I returned the large box of goodies and following a few email exchanges I was refunded the duplicate fee paid. I was very relieved to receive the refund. I find the company the service and the products to be of excellent quality and would highly recommend

Really lovely popcorn. We have had milk chocolate, dark chocolate & salted caramel, all delicious..
Recently took advantage of a promotion with my mobile phone company for free pack of popcorn bars. When they didn't arrive several days after being dispatched, I contacted Joe Seph's. Brilliant customer service. They advised the delay is due to the mail company & being investigated, but in the meantime they would send again immediately to all those affected.

I've enjoyed this delicious popcorn at Christmas time for the last few years but following a recent promotion where we've been able to sample a few different varieties, it's going on our regular shopping list.

Lovely tasting popcorn although expensive for what it is, very slow to dispatch they say no longer than 7 days but I find it's more like 10, on their FAQs they say they use FedEx and you get a tracking number but in reality it's Royal Mail and it's not tracked at all, it usually takes another 5 days to get to you. So you're essentially waiting a fortnight for some expensive popcorn, not really worth it in my opinion.

Amazing popcorn and just as amazing customer service. I brought my parents and myself one or their advent calendars which was brilliant and also brought packs of popcorn as stocking fillers (new favourite is apple crumble)

Whilst I enjoy Joe and Sephs popcorn it’s a shame that their ordering service isn’t up to scratch. Today I was expecting to open my New Popcorn making kit. Imagine the disappointment when I found 6 pouches of Popcorn and no popcorn making kit. Yeap unwrapping my Christmas present was absolutely spoiled because I am thinking huh what is this?

Now this isnt the first time this year that I’ve had issues with Joe and Sephs. Out of the middle of nowhere I get a package from them. I rang them and they said o you must be a Vodaphone customer. Erm no what happened with Vodaphone? Well we sent out popcorn to all new Vodaphone customers who redeemed their vouchers were then sent sometime later the same order which they hadn’t ordered. Now if they can get it wrong with such a big customer such as Vodaphone and through Wowcher they have to be losing money left right and centre. I do hope someone from Joe and Sephs reads this because 4th January I will be onto their help desk to prove I ordered a popcorn making kit and that it was supposedly delivered.

Other than that I can say that Joe & Seph popcorn is the most scrumptious on the planet if the universe but their ordering system lets them down and I suggest that they drop their current epos provider and get one that works and interconnects with partner companies and stop the waste.

I have just sampled the Milk Chocolate Popcorn Stars as part of a promotion with a certain gas-based British utility company, an I’ve got to say that they are a wonderfully crafted creation, satisfyingly chocolatey and rewardingly crisp. Popcorn purists may feel that it’s cheating to have a popped kernel sitting on top of a thick, chocolate plinth, but that would be missing the point. This is a treat on another level, so much so, I can’t think of anything to compare it to. The popcorn market is very crowded but this definitely deserves a special place on the shelf. Bravo.

My son (8) enjoyed your vegan advent so much! He said it's the best advent calendar he's ever had and his favourite flavour was the olive oil one, although he loved all of the flavours. Thank you for providing a fab vegan alternative advent too, not often do companies put much effort into their alternatives and yours was delicious! Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New year!

Have experienced Joe & Seph's Gourmet Popcorn before, and it was lovely. I have to suggest a bag at the cinema would be such a treat.

Royal Mail routed my order incorrectly and when I contacted Joe and Seph's customer service, I received a reply within an hour.

Very swift action and very courteous response. Thank you.

Terrible experience with the £25 Virgin Experience day. Purchased as a gift for a family member who loves popcorn and was looking forward to eating the "Gourmet Selection", however, the item that was received was a bag of "Salted Caramel Popcorn" in a "Gourmet Selection" box! So, the correct outer carton for the item that I had paid for but imagine my sheer horror and embarrassment when we received a different bag of what was on the box. Utterly dreadful and underhanded practice from what I thought was a reputable business. Never again from either VED or these people.

Absolutely amazing popcorn. Hands down the best I've ever tasted. Does not have even the slightest hard bit in the middle like all other popcorn. Loved all the flavours I ordered. Definitely worth the wait and will be ordering again.

Ordered the tipsy calendar, and whilst it wasn’t quite of the quality I expected (probably a manufacturing blip), they sorted me right out and I’ve ordered something else I know I’ll love.
