The partner that helped us was friendly, courteous, respectful & professional &thus meant we had no problems at all. Just wish NewDay, who look after the John Lewis card, were this respectful.
I have used John Lewis Money for foreign currency many times and always receive good service. I required a larger amount than usual recently and pre-ordered and was notified when it was ready.

Always a good deal with John Lewis.
I always buy my holiday money at John Lewis. They do a great exchange rate, it’s easy to order and the money is promptly delivered the next morning by Royal Mail. Never had a problem and have done it for many years now. Good

Poor experience with NewDay - John Lewis credit card providers …
Poor experience with John Lewis Partnership credit card providers NewDay. Signed up but missed the first payment date (by 1 day). Only 1 reminder from NewDay (which I missed in my emails) before the payment due date. Second "reminder" came after the payment due date with a £12 fee. Card now paid in full and cancelled. BEWARE if you sign up of the excessive late payment fee and don't rely on NewDay to remind you that payment is due.
