The worst experience ever. I wish I had never made the switch.
Initially, my prescription was approved at the dose I specifically requested and it showed as pending shipment. Then, two days later, I received an email stating that the clinician had increased my dose without consulting me or obtaining my approval. The medication was shipped at the higher dose that I never requested.
When I contacted customer service, I was told not to start the medication until the clinician reviewed my case and confirmed the correct dosage. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t received any guidance or resolution. I have medication sitting unused, no clear instructions, and no confidence in the care being provided.
The lack of communication, unauthorized dosage change, and delay in resolving the issue have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

It’s been an easy process to start. They were great about answering my questions and concerns. They also kept me in the loop on my order and where they are at with the delivery. I’m just starting my journey and am feeling good and confident about how things move forward for me!

I joined Embody because their pricing was $149 a month, every month. I place an order for a refill shipment and was charged $399 this month. I have tried getting support through the patient portal, but suddenly no response. I guess the next thing to do is contact my bank and dispute this charge.

I received my first order apparently had two accounts they merged them and supposedly successfully canceled the one well I received to things of meds and had only taken out for one then all of a sudden 399 came out of my account no warning nothing as to why this amount would come out when I signed up it was only 149 but something just isn’t right now I’m getting no responses

It’s going on three weeks. I still have not received my medicine. I got a text saying that my prescriptions I ordered three things and two of them got filled and one of them they couldn’t feel but they took money out of my account for all three. I’ve emailed the company about how how do I get my money back on the one prescription that’s not not getting filled and I’m still not received nothing and that’s been over a week ago so if you like somebody to take your money and not give you your product and right here is the company to go for

The Dr approved me for 12 mg. Then the script was put in for 10 mg. I have no recieved yet, but ive reached out with 8 messages to different support ways and ive got no response. I paid $300 I dont want a dosage that ive been on and is not working when the dr approved me for a higher dosage.

I had a 6 month supply ordered from Em or Embody, shipped by Epiq Scrips. Em based in Delaware, Epiq based in Texas.
Charged my cc $1254.00. Embody says pills coming in TWO Shipments. Why only get 30 days now???? They did not ship all of the pills they said they did. They said they shipped 77 pills. NO THEY DID NOT.
DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. THEIR DOSAGES ARE INCORRECT (6MG TO START????) AND THEY DO NOT HAVE A NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN EVEN CALL THEM OR THE PHARMACY.
Got a 30 day supply in the mail. Starting dose of 6 mg which I read is inappropriate.
Contacted company 3x, sent pix of bottle, envelope it came in.
Response of Em is that pharmacy said it shipped what provider ordered.
Go pound sand.
Really, so I get 30 day supply of inappropriate dosage for $1254.
I think that is WICKED expensive.
They told me they couldn't do anything.
So their provider and their pharmacy doesn't work for them?
I protested charge on cc but I'm sure it won't be resolved in my favor.
I will cancel this credit card before I pay a dime for this.
I'm retired and rich so I don't need good credit anyway!!!
tldr: didn't get what my credit card was charged.

As of right now, things are great, price hopefully stays the same like advertised, I will be on my third week. I haven't been on it long but so far so good, my food noise has quieted down. I'll write another review in about 3 months
I’ve contacted them 3x. They said pharmacy shipped what provider proscribed.
I ordered 6mos of gum.
I got 30 days of pills.
$1254 for 30 day supply. 6mg to start?
Never have I been so robbed. They said no refunds and go away.
There is no GUARANTEE OF ANYTHING. I WAS ROBBED.
