Scam

I was approved for 3 month supply then I was charged and never received my prescription and I contacted support with no answer and it's been almost a week with no update or anything....false advertising on the 24/7 support and times for shipping after approval.....

Application was easy

Application was easy. I was able to communicate easily and with quick response from the support team. All has been without any problems. Just started medication this week. I am happy so far. It's been a positive experience.

Terrible experience so far

Terrible experience so far! My husband and I both signed up. I’ve taken glp1s before (and recently), so I thought I would have the opportunity to discuss my dosage prior to shipment - I did not. As a result, my food noise is no different than it was before. I’ve tried to reach out to support numerous times and so far I’ve received zero response. Not one time have I spoken to a nurse or a doctor. Basically, I feel like I just wiped my a$$ with $129. Companies like this piss me off. Don’t advertise that you have 24/7 support when you don’t. First of all, you aren’t even available on Saturdays and Sundays… so technically that would mean at best, you offer 24/5 support. But then factor in that their support offices operate on the west coast and that adds another layer to the complexity of trying to get in touch with support. Having said that, if you call before or after hours, you get an answering machine. Since when is an answering machine 24/7 support? Don’t get me started on the misleading language of their website! Read the fine print or else. Honestly, it’s all just garbage… hot stinking garbage, meant to take advantage of people who are desperately seeking to lose weight. Honestly, they should be ashamed of themselves, but they’re not. They just want your $$$ each month. Do yourself a favor and don’t sign up for this scam!

They lie about pricing they advertise…

They lie about pricing they advertise 149 a month no increases then they try to hit you for 300 the second month. No transparency with communication. You get one person then another then another and nothing gets solved. I paid 149 month one then month 2 they increase it to 299 although they tell you its 149 every month after. Its all lies i paid 149 for second month now they are saying they wont send it until they get another 149. And they r3fuse to refund my money cause i cancelled and asked for refund. They try to pull o good one by saying they will credit me 149 . Uh hello dumbass your still charging me 300 before i get my stuff. So how is that crediting me 149. Just cancel and return ny money.

My experience and journey just began…

My experience and journey just began but has been great so far. Ive already noticed a slight difference and cant wait to see what the next month goes like. The price isn't the best but hopefully in future it can get better

Beware!!! Bait and switch tactics and fraud!

After seeing many ads from Embody come across my Instagram feed I was intrigued by their pricing claims. I saw several ads, that I actually saved, that claimed Tirzepatide for "$129.00 per month, Forever", "No long term commitment required", "No hidden fees", "Ships in 1-2 days". Unfortunately their claims are a bait and switch tactic and complete fraud. I was with another company paying $179. for a compounded Semaglutide. I had a lot of blood work done about a year ago and was originally prescribed Trizepatide but could not afford the cost. When I saw the ads for $129.00 a month I was interested. I ended my previous subscription and joined Embody. That was almost a week ago. I was immediately charged the agreed $129.00 but I just found out the following day they took an additional $229.00 out of my account without my authorization. Their claim of shipping in 1-2 days is also false as it's now been almost a week and I have no medication and am currently out $358.00. Please, please beware of this company!! They use bait and switch tactics and are flat out lying. I now have to try and find a phone number for them so I can try and get the money they stole back.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. I wish I had never made the switch.

Initially, my prescription was approved at the dose I specifically requested and it showed as pending shipment. Then, two days later, I received an email stating that the clinician had increased my dose without consulting me or obtaining my approval. The medication was shipped at the higher dose that I never requested.

When I contacted customer service, I was told not to start the medication until the clinician reviewed my case and confirmed the correct dosage. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t received any guidance or resolution. I have medication sitting unused, no clear instructions, and no confidence in the care being provided.

The lack of communication, unauthorized dosage change, and delay in resolving the issue have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Promise one price then charge another

I joined Embody because their pricing was $149 a month, every month. I place an order for a refill shipment and was charged $399 this month. I have tried getting support through the patient portal, but suddenly no response. I guess the next thing to do is contact my bank and dispute this charge.

I received my first order apparently…

I received my first order apparently had two accounts they merged them and supposedly successfully canceled the one well I received to things of meds and had only taken out for one then all of a sudden 399 came out of my account no warning nothing as to why this amount would come out when I signed up it was only 149 but something just isn’t right now I’m getting no responses

It’s going on three weeks

It’s going on three weeks. I still have not received my medicine. I got a text saying that my prescriptions I ordered three things and two of them got filled and one of them they couldn’t feel but they took money out of my account for all three. I’ve emailed the company about how how do I get my money back on the one prescription that’s not not getting filled and I’m still not received nothing and that’s been over a week ago so if you like somebody to take your money and not give you your product and right here is the company to go for
