Always has a very good selection and prices very well priced . I buy all treats and accessories . They also run a pets club which you gain points and gives you different offers . Service also good

Wrexham Store…. Amazing lady there… Laura…. She literally saved my dog! Honey is almost 15 years old and had developed an issue with her stomach… hundreds of pounds at the vets, with advice to feed her chicken… Honey was so poorly…. Vets just said.. she’s an old lady! I went into Jollyes to get some probiotics and was served by the amazing Laura! She said to try fish/grain free diet…Lifestage brand…. Within less than a week Honey was back to her young/old self! Laura literally saved my dog!

Staff sat outside of store 24th and also on several occasions before 16.40 must be on break in full unform smoking sat in a what i would say camping chair, not a good look as they have smoking out back.

Jollyes had been suggested to me by a stranger at a bus stop I had 3 dogs he had 1 So the next week I got the bus and went into the shop. Very impressed with the range very pleased with the prices and the loyalty scheme One of the managers advised on the best flea & worm treatments I bought all the items signed up to the loyalty scheme and went home. Great so far. 5 days after applying the treatment all 3 dogs were scratching The vet prescribed different flea and worm products and a spray to disinfect my whole house. A cost of £31.50 in Jollyes and £85 to remove the fleas from 3 dogs and my home A Costly Mistake!! Especially when too sick to work with a brain tumour. The manufacturer says “these things happen “ I bought in store in good faith and am now left with dogs having fleas a house I am too sick to clean and very much out of money Jollyes simply say “put it in an email someone will be in contact “

Wow! There's a sign outside Jollyes boasting that it is the best value pet store in town. It should not include poultry food in that because if this is good value I would hate to shop at a store that was overpriced.
I was in the area and I urgently needed to pick up a sack of layers' mash for my hens which is typically just over £17.00 for a 20kg sack. At Jollyes add another £3.00 for that. Sorry but that's just a rip off and I won't be back. Mole in nearby Heathfield offers infinitely better value.

Great shop, good staff, wide range of products.

The shop itself was good, although for such a large space there certainly wasn’t the variety of products as the majority of stores. The staff were incredibly rude however, to very politely question the pricing of vaccinations on my email vs what I was asked to pay and then the staff member to say “I’ve sorted it now”, but in fact be £20 more and to fetch the manager who rudely said “what’s the problem?!”. Not impressed in the least at the customer service, so won’t be returning and a complaint will be lodged with head office.

Always competitive prices and the cat and dog vaccinations are cheap
