I paid for delivery to be next day. They took the money for that, but it arrived just under a week later! Contacted them about this, no reply.

Delivery finally arrived and had to contact Jollyes as the cat litter and kibble were both damaged and open! The kibble bag was also covered in black/brown filth! Discusting!
They also charged me for another kibble which was not delivered. They'd already informed me it was not arriving. DAMAGED, USELESS GOODS NEED RETURNING AND A CHARGE FOR KIBBLE NOT ARRIVING!
Still waiting for a reply to my second email!

So I went in to Jollyes in Hailsham having made an order. I made the order at 09:30. The website told me to expect an email in an hour. When it came to 11:30, I still hadn’t received the email. I went to the fella at the the checkout. I said “I’ve made an order for collection!”. He said “of course, sir. What’s the order number?”. I gave him the order number. Because it was on my phone. He wrote the order number on a post-it note - with a biro - and gave the post-it note to me and told me to find a member of staff in a high-viz jacket. He couldn’t have done this for me, because that would have been far too much like hard work - he would have had to get up, walk, talk to someone etc. So I looked up, and there was one, dazzling in her day-glow orange, like an angel, rolling her eyes as she saw me approach. I gave her the post-it note and she knew what to do with it, so it can’t have been a one-off. She took it and went out the back for ten minutes, presumably to stand around as she was doing, but this time out of sight. I think she needed to print the receipt off, but I could be mistaken. This lady came back after approx 10 mins. She then picked the items off the shelf and took them to the front desk.

It would’ve been quicker to not bother ordering, and to go directly to the shop, picked it all off the shelf myself and then paid for it.

I’m not expecting it to be like Click & Collect, but when I buy online at Tesco, they don’t shop for it when I get there, it’s ready and waiting.

Perhaps I’m thinking too hard.

trying to refund in this shop is a Nightmare !! Wanted to return dog harness and was told by girl on till I Had to wait for a manager and was left to wait for a while. girl on till kept apologising but wasnt her fault. Finally manager came down they did not care did not even apologise for the wait. this happened before with a refund and I thought it was rude then . Not had to deal with this in any other jollies !

Excellent customer service, great products. Staff kind and helpful. Also clean, spacious, easy parking. Highly recommended.

jollyes pet club membership a con job i went to cash in my pet club points only to be told i cant these people are fraudsters and i have spent very large amounts of cash in there store every month only to be conned by them ,once again the pet membership is a con job you cant save your points ,i have asked my niece whos a solicitor that i am to ask for a pet club print out of my points and the two pound vouchers that i have cashed which is none , i plan to make a complaint and take them to small claims ,that's will be great press for a business and will expose the fraudsters once and for all ,this is also going on Facebook to expose them

DREADFUL COMPANY!
Over a week for delivery (others offer 48hr delivery).
Delivered with a number of items missing - no communication to explain or offer a refund.
Been trying now for four days to get a reply by email. Rang their customer service line, this has a message that's refers to a date over a week ago and simply tells you to email.
Dealing with this company feels like you're in a big black hole where they just don't want to communicate with their customers.
First and last time for me, whilst they may be a bit cheaper than others, when it goes wrong, they really are pretty awful!

I love the selection of dog and pet bird toys and treats. There's often an option to buy and donate cat or dog food to rescues at checkout, just ask. It's really convenient. Staff are friendly :)

Jollyes have a good variety of products at varying prices. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Visited today to have 10 rottweiler pups chipped and vaccinated..many thanks to the staff on duty who all did an awesome job.

Sad to have to leave this review but having subscribed to having my dogs food delivered regularly so I don’t run out or have to drive 10 miles to my nearest Jollyes they have failed to deliver it on time so unfortunately have run out very annoying. They have taken there time to send and I’m still waiting very disappointed

Helpful staff

Friendly staff who are happy to help if needed. The Snowhill Wakefield shop is only a small shop but has a good supply of pet / wild bird food, plus live food for lizards. Only ever get my rabbit and lizard food from here.
Unfortunately the Snowhill branch is not on the review list.

Super cheap and easy to get all the raw food from, sales are good here and staff at the Trostre store are super friendly and helpful

I went on site to do my order for my pet I had obviously chosen pick up instead of delivery. I had to cancel original and reordered within 5 mins , site was again not working it locked up on paying option so I couldn't get order number or into pay for it , manager found my order and I suggestedusing my card number , under data allowancel he was not allowed to use my card, now I have to wait till either ill shop closes as I'm housebound or tomorrow to Try again on Monday I'm fed up with websites going offline for paying at weekends. So tomorrow so try again. over £50 quid of stuff.
