I ordered some dog treats and when I went to pay I realised all of the treats I had ordered had been missed off, I checked and I hadn't been charged so I then tried to contact them I found it so hard I gave up . that was the 1/9/26 it's now the 6th sept not heard anything about them being dispatched I paid for delivery and they have not been delivered. I would not order from this pet store again plus they are a bit on the expensive side.

Jolleyes have a good selection of foods and treats. I would give 5 stars but the prices have steadily increased until they match other retailers. They used to have a competitive advantage but that has now gone so I don’t visit so often

We use Jollyes for our furbabies pets needs, the ladies are so friendly and helpful here in Skegness, don't push anything we don't want but if we need something not in stock they help us by finding out when that product will be in stock or where I could get it quicker. Plus the prices aren't that bad either, they have offers frequently that we take benefit from.

I have no issue with the staff in the actual stores - they are always very polite and helpful.
The online ordering system is however a complete scam. I placed an order on 31.08.2026 and received no correspondence about the order beyond initial confirmation email. I had no way of tracking the order and so raised an online ticket on 03/09/2026 when I was still yet to hear anything despite delivery being supposedly 3-5 working days from the date I placed the order. I did not receive any response and instead got an email saying the order was cancelled and they ‘will arrange a full refund’. I did not want the order to be cancelled, I wanted to know when it would be delivered and also if they’re going to cancel an order the refund should be issued immediately and not arranged at a later date as the email suggests.

Couldn't of been more disappointed with my latest visit. August bank holiday Monday.
Firstly I needed assistance but could not find a member of staff, this turns out to be due to them all at the front of the store having a chat. I managed to find what I was looking for myself but this is not where the issues ended. I believe that customer service should be the most important thing for your staff, it would appear though that the talk they were having was more important to your staff.
I didn't catch names as at least one staff member did not have an identifiable name badge, but a young ginger man and a larger girl felt that having their chat before, during and after serving me took priority to actual customer service. I always came here for the customer service, even though your nearest competitor generally has better prices and loyalty scheme, but this time has been a real let down.

Well iv downloaded the app it won’t let me get account with you at all it won’t let me add my phone number or password or passcode is there big problem with it how can get account

I was signed up to the pet club in store. I’ve been trying for two days to set up an account on their app but because my email address is ‘recognised’ by them I can’t set up an account. I’ve selected ‘forgotten password’ but no confirmation code is sent to me so I can’t set up a password. I was also sent a 10% off voucher to use in store but every time I click on the link, it comes up saying the link is broken! I was also told I’d get a £3 off voucher if I downloaded the app but the email said £2. Overall a waste of time.

Staff are always so friendly. Went in recently to buy treats for my pooch, and Ryan who served me was so helpful and knowledgeable, a huge asset to the company!

Jollyes Colchester- Lou is absolutely amazing and her customer service is fantastic. So helpful and really helped us out with our dog. Nothing was too much trouble for her! Such a lovely woman.

Lovely shop assistant called izzy helped me out so much today an yesterday when my pup had 1st vaccinations really kind.

Dissapointed! I placed my first order on 20 Aug, and paid £4 for 1 to 3 day delivery, a week later still no delivery and no tracking info provided. I tried to 'contact' but the only option was to submit a 'ticket' via the Contact Us section of the web site, to have received an automated email stating someone would be in touch within 48 hours - this was 2 days ago, still no contact, and still no delivery! Not a good start, and not the best customer journey!

What a lovely bunch of young adults and helpful people. They do a lot with little people and they speak to you. May Jollyes appreciate them and help them with inspiration for future leaders.

The products often below their competitors. I would prefer a rewards card on a key ring or card in wallet to instantly claim the monthly discounts, that way it would be a more one stop shop vs competitors
