Jollyes The Pet People Reviews

They had what we needed in stock.
As usual the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff are always helpful. Easy to find what you want. Good selection of products.

If your dog loves real nutrition, Jollyes delivers. From quality raw 80/10/10 mixes to solid dry food like Lifestage, it’s one of the best spots for feeding right without overspending.

Good company with competitive pricing. The staff are never very enthusiastic though.

Tried to place an order online. Was allowed to out items in basket and proceeded to put my address in. To then be told some of the items could not be delivered.
Went on to Uber eats found the items, placed order and paid. Then out of 6 items order, 4 of them not available. Making the 2 I have received stupidly expensive. If you dont have the stock take the item off your website.
Feel bad for the uber driver

Went into store 10 minutes ago to take 3 lots of treats back as my dog ended up unable to breath his mouth fully swollen up and in a pet hospital for 24 hours with a £300bill

The vet said my dog had an allergic reaction to the treats which he only had one of.

Anyway considering only one was missing from the packet and I had the receipt the woman wouldn’t refund the open packet and said they could be contaminated. I find this disgusting seen as my dog almost died from these treats! The treats are the pigs in blanket so BEWARE AND I RECOMMEND YOU DONT GIVE THEM TO YOUR DOGS! I hope £3 odd was worth it for a bad review and you losing a customer!!!

I offered to show proof of the vet bill and she just didn’t care just stating the bag of treats could be contaminated! Rude!!!

Great store. The staff in Gloucester are particularly good and always happy and willing with to help. I always leave with a smile.

Staff where great service was great I’ll be back

Ok price nice staff

Went in to buy bonio biscuits for my dogs, tried them with cheese bones they loved them, I now buy them when I go in shop

Love jollyes and the girls love it there and the staff love them when they come in :) always very helpful and that :)

Fantastic staff in Lisburn jollys really helpful and professional 100 satisfaction.

Some good prices to be had at jollyes and staff are pleasant. Will be returning again soon

I use the Poole store for my dog food and I have found them always very helpful in sorting out my weekly order of dog food

Not for us..
There head office … certainly need to change a lot

I called at the new store local to me in Lincoln for some Nature Diet Country Hunter, thought I’d give it a try, and was horrified to find that it was £0.75 PER CAN dearer than my usual little independent supplier in a nearby village. To add insult to injury the guy that served me was sullen to the point of rudeness and checked his phone while the card machine did its thing. Sorry Jollyes, first and last visit for me.

The activation of the app is beyond useless register then when trying to access with the same email and pass word just throws back to register??? Whats the point of having an app thats useless. App removed as it cant be used!!!

I buy live bugs for my reptile. Phone ahead and catch them on a day when they are delivered to the shop. leave it too late and the quality is poor (dead insects). Bugs aren't that easy to keep and the care is sub-standard considering they're food.
Other than that, friendly staff, lots of stock, and dog-friendly shops

Online subscriptions are a joke and it's not possible to talk to someone, you have to wait for contact via email.

This time they took 2 payments for one bag of food, last time the charged me 6 times for 1 bag of food.

Store staff are very helpful, but don't bother with online
