Poor delivery time plus garment is clearly a fake

Fake bad quality items from China !
Delivery takes ages
I could’ve got nicer quality and better price on Hacoo
£40 wasted. Just about to start the process of trying to get anything back from them.

I brought 2 RL sets after ordered them I did a review OMG I wish I hadn’t purchased them they are fake and look nothing like photos this company should not be allowed to fake clothing
The sets are nylon and shiny and so cheap looking collar buttons wonky and RL signs are wonky Now I have to try to get a refund and send back 🙈Do not buy anything from this website

Ordered 2 x Ralph Lauren t shirts £58 .
Money taken but not delivered . Can’t contact them . Company I need to contact phone number is not available ( Cambridge number ) but returns to be sent to China ?
Why are these companies not checked out by the sites that allow them to sell upon them

Shocking never buy from this site , awful product , wrong size , told me they would refund and now gone quiet 🤫 can’t even get a reply now

If you are thinking of buying anything from this Chinese rip off store, save yourself the time and burn any cash you have in the garden. Should’ve known better. When will these stores ever get banned on line. Scammers!!!!!!!!

As like everyone else big scammers, what to return the rubbish they sent very poor quality and nothing like there add, made it virtually impossible to return the goods so offered me 30% money back, I have never seen that and don’t expect I will, keep well away from these guys total rip off company, and if you could I would give them minimum 5

Total scammers! Do not buy anything from this company. My initial order of a brown padded coat arrived in the wrong size and was of poor quality. I contacted them to arrange a return, but the communication was very poor.

First, they made me jump through hoops to clarify their error and offered a discounted price for a jacket that was too big for me. I explained I did not want the item in this size.

They advised they were unable to return the item due to a broken label machine which I found odd.

I ordered the coat on December 14th, 2025. The item was returned to sender as it was sent at the end of May 2026, and the company has not responded to my communications.

If required, I can provide a full email chain to highlight the dishonesty of the people running this business. Total scammers!

Ordered a ‘Ralph Lauren’ jumper from this website, not realising it was from China. It had a hole in it when it arrived. Sent photos straightaway and requested a refund. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. Initially,I was just getting palmed-off saying it was with their returns team. Now, no response at all. Have sent a final follow-up email this morning and will be escalating if still no response. And just to note that if even the jumper hadn’t been faulty, I would still want to return. As others have pointed out, the goods are terrible quality and clearly fake. Avoid.

All fake clothing and the quality is horrendous. Stay clear of these fraudsters!!!

Fake goods. Total SCAM. Have reported them to government fraud line. Also reported them to Callaway as they’re faking their clothes and have copied their website to appear genuine.
Take time to do the same.

Ordered some 'DAVID INSULATED UTILITY PANTS' from their website, looked like a brown jean type material, when they arrived, they were a thin, nasty copy of the original photo'd product. more like cheap, thin tracksuit material, zero insulation, and white, visible stitching. Upon inspection, definitely not what's in the picture. China-based company, returns only direct to China. If only I'd read these reviews before ordering.

Also sent the wrong size. Not that I would ever wear them anyway. Best part of £70 down the pan. Several emails sent and no response. Platforms should not allow companies like like this to advertise. Shocking.

Order two “Ralph Lauren” polo shirts and shorts. Took over three weeks to arrive and are clearly fake. Terrible quality and none branded labels. No reply to their customer service email

As per every other review, do not buy from this place you will regret it. A fake three quarter zip Ralph loren top which is the wrong size and wouldn’t even waste my time trying it on its that bad I stuck it in the bin straight away. £38.99 down the drain.i don’t have time to chase a 15% refund offer. Scandalous.

Do not repeat do not buy from this company, I ordered 3 RL polo shirts and a golf jacket at a cost of nearly a £100 pounds I waited a month to receive a torn parcel of 4 poor quality counterfeit items, absolute rubbish.

Wanted Clarks sandals got plastic sandals tried to contact customer services for refund . No response
