Ordered & received a clearly counter fit garment, low quality. Trying to return this but not getting any response, this is such a poor company.

Do not buy anything from this site. Wish I’d looked at trust pilot before ordering anything. Item is terrible

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! On 16 April, 2026 I paid £80.92p for two RL sweaters, received an authenic-looking order confirmation but since then nothing. I sent them an email and received an automated response from 'COLEEX Customer Support'. Their website has all the appearance of being genuine but if you look at 'Returns and Refunds' you will see that all items need to be returned to their warehouse in Asia!!
I tried phoning using their advertised number of 01223 926917 and no such number exists!!!
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM and whoever is perpetrating this outrageous fraud should be locked up.

Update on 1 May, 2026:

I have today received the two sweaters, folded up as tightly and as small as possible into a plastic bag and without any paperwork inside. The so-called Ralph Lauren sweaters are a complete joke, of very poor quality and as FAKE as the Joneex website itself. The RL logo has somehow been ironed into the fabric and it's a pity Trustpilot doesn't enable photos to be uploaded.

My bank put in a claim to Visa on my behalf and I have now received a full refund for the two fake Ralph Lauren sweaters. I have also been in touch with Ralph Lauren and they seemed very interested in pursuing Joneex and the peoplein the Far East who are responsible for this horrendous online scam.

I would give no stars if this options was available. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT IS COUNTERFEIT GOODS. If you have fallen victim to these predators contact your bank and ask for a refund under section 75.

Do NOT buy from this company, they charge you extra delivery for faster shipping, the items do NOT arrive, you can NOT even track the item - rip off.
Also you try and contact them, NO REPLY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTIONS asking where your order is.
I ordered some handbags on the sale and have never heard from them or seen the bags (not received them) for over 3 weeks now, yet I paid for a 3/5 day delivery??? faster shipping. I have tried contacting Joneex, they don't respond.
I have contacted trading standards and the credit car company to report them, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not even a one star. Total scam company. This needs taking down. Shoddy goods. Wrong size. Offered 30% of the purchase price back instead of me sending the goods back. ( and that’s a con as you have to pay for the return with all the labels etc, only my 2 jumpers had no labels) I’m still waiting for the 30% cost back, which I was told would be 3to5?days from over a month ago

Total rip off merchants! Fake and Extremely poor quality goods when the jumpers eventually arrived. Google needs to act to take down the adds on the platform. and can’t even get the size right! They need trading standards to investigate them. Please do not buy anything from this company of Scammers.

Do not buy from here. What got delivered was clearly fake and incredibly poor quality.

Nothing has arrived. It is over two weeks since I placed my order. The company is refusing to provide a refund and is doing nothing to accelerate delivery of the order. Everything about the firm looks suspicious. The published address of the business is a domestic house in south London, the published telephone number is for a location in in Cambridge.

This company are SCAMMERS. I ordered an item as a present and received a confirmation email saying Visit Site and Track your Package by downloading an App called Shop. I did this and saw a message saying the package had been delivered 2 hours ago. Subsequent attempts to look on the App show no message at all.
It had not been delivered (and we were in all day). We also looked on nearby doorsteps.
I emailed them and called first thing on Monday morning, but the number does not work. Of course, I have not received a response to my email to them enquiring where the package was.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND DON'T DOWNLOAD THE APP.

Ordered dress from Joneex. Had correspondence from Coleex and payment was taken from Qooney.
When it arrived dress was huge not the medium I ordered also had a stain on front of it. No info about returns. Phone numbers non existent and no reply from emails.
Complete scam company. Contacted my bank about raising a dispute with them.
Wish I'd read these reviews first.

Go to a Linsiwo website and you'll see a standard green sweater with half zip that is identical to Joneex's "Ralph Lauren" one.

SCAM DO NOT BUY! I've recieved nothing for 3 weeks and no responses

the goods supplied weren't as described, customer services keep fobbing me off for weeks saying they are looking into the order. Now not getting any responses at all.
