Complete scam, sends fake goods of horrendous quality - AVOID

It has been 9!days since I placed my order and I have had NO product and no update about my order. They are totally incompetent.

Looks like it’s a scam website and coming here confirms it. Not heard anything since original order confirmation.

Placed an order…. Heard nothing. Money was taken and no correspondence for a week, email unanswered. Tried to call them but the number they advertise is not in service.

How on earth are these guys still allowed to sell through Google's search engine. Shameful, I've been robbed! Showed on my transaction as qooney.com which is drop off address in Norwich. This is SO WRONG.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I ordered an item for my wedding which took a month to arrive missing the wedding. I have been waiting for a refund since March and is still has not arrived and now they are ignoring my emails. Terrible company do not buy from them.

Only a one because I can’t score zero. Horrendous quality rip off gear. Genuinely would not wear this stuff and looks nothing like the pictures. Awful customer service. Wish I’d read the other reviews

So, you set out to buy a Ralph Lauren half-zip—classy, timeless, the sort of thing that says “I have my life together.” What you actually received, after a leisurely two-and-a-half-week pilgrimage across the globe, was… a fabric-based cry for help. Not just the wrong size—oh no, that would be too mundane—but something that appears to have been measured using pure imagination.

And the authenticity? Impeccable. Truly. If the goal was to replicate the idea of Ralph Lauren as vaguely as possible while avoiding anything resembling quality, branding accuracy, or dignity, then congratulations—they’ve nailed it. It’s less “designer knitwear” and more “what someone thinks designer knitwear might look like after hearing about it in a dream.”

The delivery time really adds to the theatre. Two and a half weeks of anticipation, excitement building, visions of effortless style… only to open the package and be immediately humbled by reality. It’s not just a purchase—it’s an emotional journey. Mostly downward.

And now, the refund. Ah yes, that mythical creature. I’m sure the seller is currently drafting a heartfelt apology, carefully packaging your refund, and preparing to right this terrible wrong. Right after they finish absolutely nothing of the sort.

Taking it to Trading Standards is a bold move—like bringing a spoon to a sword fight, but admirable nonetheless. Will anything come of it? Who knows. At the very least, it adds a nice subplot to the saga.

Donating it is, frankly, the most optimistic part of this whole story. There’s something beautifully hopeful about believing this jumper might still bring joy to someone else. Or at the very least, mild confusion.

All things considered, this wasn’t just a bad purchase—it was a full cinematic experience. Suspense, disappointment, betrayal, and a strong moral lesson about trusting suspiciously cheap “designer” clothing on the internet. A true classic.

After waiting a month, I received a package from china which contained a fake Ralph Lauren jumper. Not only that but the wrong size. Avoid at all cost. They are scammers.

AVOID, AVOID, nothing but takedowns and scammers. Got some orthopedic boots, came within a week.. good sign... The only one, ordered a size 6, got a 3 1/2, now their website says if it's their fault they will pay for the postage & customs...WRONG...I told them I was not willing to throw good money after bad and it was their fault but to no avail, they offered me a partial refund which I had 30 minutes to decide and keep the boots. 3 to 5 working days. So that was 3 weeks ago and no sign of it !!!! PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID, don't fall for this like I was daft enough to, and they're also trading under other names

This company is a con. The clothing is FAKE, quality of clothing is shocking. You will be offered 20% discount rather than return, if you refuse you need to send the shocking quality product to Asia which is very expensive. Jo Rex tell you to send by tracked post so they can claim they have not revived product. DO NOT BUY from these scammers

How can Google allow this to happen, reading the reviews not even one positive, clearly a scam selling fake goods.

AS with all the other reviews can confirm this is a scam site, despite professional order confirmation, no delivery and the numbers on site are not real numbers

Dreadful quality, wrong size, awful customer service now not responding to arrange a refund.

Family buzzing off me trying on this Polo jumper…Shocking quality, 5 weeks to deliver, and fitted like a tent…
Worth every penny given the fun my family had laughing at me getting so ripped off and the fit…Shame I couldn’t attach a picture of me wearing what arrived versus the item for sale on the website 🤣🤣🤣

Delivery took forever to get to me
When it did eventually arrive, the quality was just disgraceful. It was like ordering something from Temu but it still cost me £40.
They said I could return it, but I would have to foot the cost as it goes back to Asia
I did look into this however it was gonna cost me between 15 and £30 to return!!! definitely avoid

Do not buy anything from this company, it is haux and you will never recive you order. Avoid them.
