Ordered my products and on my order confirmation realised I had put in an old address. Emailed late on a Sunday evening explaining and it was all fixed and amended within 15 minutes.

I misplaced an air vent mount bracket which was also just outside of my purchase warranty period. Got in contact with the JRNY support team, who were fantastic to deal with, and honoured my request after a series of communications (phone & email). After receiving verification, theey posted a replacement bracket to me in record time. Great after-sales support!

When my order was misdelivered by the local courier and marked as "delivered," I reached out to Journey. Anjali from the support team responded right away and immediately prepared a replacement order without any hassle.
Fortunately, after pushing the courier company, I managed to recover my original package. When I informed Journey to cancel the duplicate order, their team was extremely warm, understanding, and appreciative of the update.

I had an issue with my LOC8 VERSA wallet after several months of normal use, as the leather/material developed a crack.

I contacted Journey Customer Support and was very impressed with how professionally and quickly they handled the situation. I provided some photos and details of my order, and after reviewing the issue, they offered to replace the wallet at no cost.

The replacement arrived today in a sealed, brand-new package and in perfect condition.

I am very happy with both the product and, especially, the quality of Journey's customer service. They took my concern seriously and resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

Have really loved this charger and we have multiple of them in our house. I did have an issue with one charger after a few months of use, and the team were very quick to resolve and send a replacement.

Great quality wallet with a really nice feel in the hand.

Had an issue pairing the first one with my iPhone 17 Pro Max, but Journey’s customer service was super quick to help test it and sent a replacement right away. New one worked instantly.

It can hold all my cards (can stuff up to 8 if needed).

The built-in stand is a very useful and stable feature.

I have been trying to find a great multifunctional Apple device charger for travel and while this one isn’t quite as compact as some of the others I’ve found, it has the advantage that it actually works. The mag-safe charger for the phone stays attached, the watch can charge and act like an alarm clock and AirPod platform works great too.
And to top it off, the customer service was awesome as well. My local post office screwed up and didn’t notify me about the delivery (even though the tracking number said it had been) and so I reached out to them to figure out how to get my package. They were amazingly responsive and helpful.

I reached out to reset one of my products, and they were very quick to respond with very easy, simple to follow instructions, and even a video that assisted

Very happy with my Journey wallet and the support I received from Journey. There were some issues connecting to my iphone, but Journey support responded well and swiftly and even ended up replacing my Journey wallet. All is good now... Thanks

Top Service. Habe ein Problem mit der Schraube beim Loc8 Key Manger gehabt. Due schraube hat nur gerade auf den untersten 3mm vom Gewinde gehalten. Habe es dem Service gemeldet. Nach einer Videoaufnahme vom Fehler wurde mir sofort ein neuer zugeschickt ohne weitere Probleme. Super Service vielen Dank 😊👍🏼

Had trouble with my wallet but with the support team’s fast response we were able to figure out the wallet was fine and the issue was a bad charger I was using. Super helpful customer support.

Have a few items now from Journey official, One of the items did not perform as expected and the amazing customer service team had a replacement arranged within hours of first contact.

My LOC8 wallet hinge broke, and they gave me a free replacement. And my original wallet’s “find-my” feature didn’t pair with my iPhone, so they sent me a factory reset tutorial guide from YouTube and it worked. My wallet is back on track.

I had a question for travel outside of US and whether or not my travel 3 in 1 charger needed a voltage converter. I was pleased to find out I didn't but also pleased that the response was so quick. Less than 24 hours!

I had a little error, on my part, setting up my trio charger. Totally my fault. I contacted customer service, not expecting to hear a word from them...pleasantly surprised they were very responsive and informative and got me on track in no time at all. I love the product and love the support team. Product is exactly as described and presented. 100% recommend!
