Unbelievable customer support
Unbelievable customer support. Responded less than a day. Had minor defect occur after almost a year with the loc8 wallet that I love. Just thought I would ask to see. They sent out a replacement right away no charge and no need to return. Amazing company! Will continue to buy from them. Quality products as well.

Love the charging products ordered from Journey. They have great charging devices charges my iphone, watch and ear pods all at the same time. I’ve ordered several times without a problem. But a recent shipment got lost in the mail. I contacted Journey regarding the item being lost. Journey CS immediately shipped out a replacement item. Great experience with Journey items and their CS.

I purchased the LOC8 Versa Finder Wallet from Journey… and am a VERY, VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.
Not only is this a great product, but their customer service is also 1st class.
Had an issue connected device, they responded quickly (on a Sunday) and fixed this issue.
Highly recommend them and their products…. Will definitely be expanding my journey products collection.

Excellent support after a faulty charger
I had an issue with a Journey NOVA 3-in-1 wireless charger, where the AirPods charging pad stopped working although the rest of the unit appeared to be fine.
I contacted Journey Support with photos and a clear explanation of the fault. Their response was prompt, courteous and practical. They arranged a replacement without unnecessary back-and-forth, and the new charger arrived quickly.
Faults can happen with any product, but good customer service is shown by how the company responds. In this case, Journey dealt with the issue very well and made the process straightforward.

Outstanding customer service and warranty support!
I ordered a Journey LOC8 Wallet on 12 September last year. Since I work out in the bush on a construction site, it got daily heavy use, and the wear and tear gradually got worse over time.Because it was still under the 1-year warranty, I reached out to the team to see if I could get a replacement. They were incredibly quick to respond! I messaged them late the night before and had a reply early the next morning. My replacement is already on the way.Thank you so much to the team for being incredibly helpful and getting straight to the point! Highly recommend.
