Joy Toy!!!! What a joy. Buying direct is the way to go for me. So, many problems with Sellers (not all) of Joy Toy Products. Don't even talk about the "fake" Joy toys out there. Very, very happy with my WH40K figures. The quality in the paint and painting of each figure was amazing. If there is a problem. You know "Joy Toy" will address your issues. Just one of the perks when buying direct from the source. Price is a bit higher. However, you can get Free Shipping (on $200) and They will do coupons. When I weigh it all up. Buying from "Joy Toy" direct is for me. Makes me Happy as a Ultramarine ;^)

I simply love the joy toy designs and products! I will likely purchase all or most of them and was curious about the diorama sets and I love those now every bit as much now. Keep up the great work Joy Toy!

The package came fairly quickly and to be honest, the quality of the paint job that the figures had was very impressive. I really thought that I’d have to repaint them, but there are zero issues.

Awesome company that make awesome collectable figures/models, paint details on the figurines are really cool, and the articulation in the movement of the figures are brilliant, you can get some cool action poses for display, i highly recommend this company.

Amazing figure, shipping was never really updated so we weren't sure when it would arrive but it arrived perfectly safely!

Terrible! Asked for cancel and request was ignored finally told figures had shipped and even now days later my order shows to be processing. Ordered Sept 1 they finally responded Sept 9 told no cancellation on Sept 13. Terrible! Nothing you’ve said change’s anything. There was no number to call no email address that I could see to email you. The only way to contact you was to fill out the contact us form on your site which I filled out many times several days each time getting a successfully sent message but never getting a response until 8 days after I placed the order many days after after asked for my order to be canceled. Unfortunately I did take photos of the my form or the submitted successfully response because I didn’t know that it would be necessary. I don’t know why you ask me for emails proving that I sent the form. Your system only acknowledges that it was successfully sent on your site it does send a confirmation to my email that it was sent if it did I wouldn’t have have this problem. Maybe in the future you will change your system to send confirmations to the email of people who contact you so that no one else has this problem in the future. Only when you finally sent me an email on Sept 9 that I finally received did I get an email address I could respond to and actually get responses from you. No matter how many times you say it nothing changes the fact that I contacted you many times before you say you shipped my order let one that outrageous statement that I didn’t contact you until Sept 9. It’s rigged there’s no way for me to prove it it’s your system that doesn’t send email confirmations like other retailers I have to rely on you to tell the truth about your system and that obviously isn’t the case,

Amazing customer service and detailed shipping. My order was a little damaged when it finally came through, I messaged the company and they were quick and responsive as well as helpful. They have sent me replacement parts and figures. I look forward to ordering more things from them in the future as there product is nothing short of amazing as far as warhammer 40k is concerned.

I think the figure, packing and whole experience was very pleasing. Will buy again but with so much choice, what?
