Ce site est tout simplement un SCAM
Ce site est une véritable catastrophe.
Un service client fantomatique, incapable de comprendre la moindre demande.
La plateforme ? Lamentable, bourrée de bugs, rien ne fonctionne correctement, tout est bancal du début à la fin.
Les retards sont constants, que ce soit dans les démarches ou dans le traitement des demandes.
Résultat : un an pour transférer ma TVA, et huit mois sans une seule déclaration faite dans les délais (voire pas faite du tout). Les calculs ? Tous faux. Et peine perdue de leurs expliquer, ils n'ont rien compris malgré 4 mois d'échanges !!
Quant à leur API Amazon… cela fait deux ans qu’elle ne fonctionne pas. Deux ans. Le but d’un service de ce type est d’automatiser les déclarations TVA, pas de me forcer tous les mois à télécharger les rapports Amazon, recalculer la TVA moi-même et ré-uploader tout ça dans une interface totalement buggée, lente, et hébergée on ne sait où — probablement dans un garage au fin fond de la Chine.
Honnêtement, on frôle l’escroquerie : payer pour un service qui semble piloté par une IA bas de gamme et trois scripts Python mal codés… Et malgré le fait que je fasse 99 % du travail à leur place, ils arrivent encore à ne pas soumettre mes déclarations.
En bref : à fuir absolument.

Terrible customer service. Emails are generally not read or replied to. We had additional late fees due to JPs late filings.

They simply don't reply
They simply don't reply. When they do, they don't provide clarification on what's asked. If you are a small account, you don't matter and don't exist. You can be 30 days with no replies to your emails. Prepare for them not to submit your VAT filings on time and being fined for that. Stay away.

J&P Accountants in Manchester are no good
J&P Accountants in Manchester are the worst professionals I have dealt with. 2 years after paying for 7 VAT registrations We still have no UK and only 5 VAT registrations. One we didn’t even want! They have never forwarded any correspondence from tax authorities and now we have had our German store deactivated because of their negligence. They don’t answer the phone and their email response is slow and useless. STAY AWAY FRON J&P ACCOUNTANTS. We will be launching legal action but I suspect they already have plenty of that against them. Total scam operation!

Pas de SAV
Le SAV est tout simplement inexistant...J'ai confié ma demande de numéro de TVA Allemagne par ce prestataire (5 mois pour l'obtenir). Il a géré les 2 premières déclarations, et j'ai payé dans les délais les TVA correspondantes à l'administration allemande.
Et cela fait maintenant plus d'1 mois que mon numéro de TVA est désactivé.
Et le problème n'est pas pris en charge...
Je n'ai plus le droit de vendre en Allemagne et mon stock est bloqué dans ce pays.
Je ne recommande pas ce prestataire.

We have been trying to contact JP…
We have been trying to contact JP Accountants for weeks, but without success. We have not yet received our submitted VAT return for Q3 in Germany. We made a payment for the VAT returns from Q4 2024 to Q4 2025 and provided all necessary documents for Q4, but it has still not been submitted. We are no longer receiving any feedback after making the payment.
UPDATE:
After your response, we have sent multiple messages regarding our declarations and documentation, but so far, we have not received any reply. We would like to receive an answer from you as soon as possible

Switched away from their service to a new accountant, and they need to disengage themselves as an italian representative before my new office can claim it. But they have not been responding. This will lead to fines. Stay away from this organisation..

Don't do business with J&P accountants
Do not do business with J&P Accountants.
I have been sending emails for over a month now, to which no substantive response has been received. They have not completed the VAT returns for 2 countries, for which fines are now expected.
The telephone number is never answered, there is only an answering machine. But they do not call back either. I have emailed all possible email addresses, including the address listed on this page with their contact details, but no response.
I have only been able to reach someone from J&P via LinkedIn, who would pass it on to my account manager. (who I have already sent several emails to without response). But even after this, no response. After that, I tried to reach the managing director via LinkedIn, but he did not respond either, unbelievable!
In my experience of 40 years of entrepreneurship, this is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. And that only because they were recommended by Amazon.
I have already filed complaints with Amazon and advise everyone who has had similar experiences to do so as well. Perhaps then something will change.
There is nothing left for me to do now but to end the cooperation and claim my money back. A great shame that I have to spend my valuable time on this!
So you have been warned. My advice: Find a smaller reliable tax advisor who you can also reach by phone and check the reviews online first. Most agencies that are offered via Amazon all have bad reviews.

They do have time for that, but not to answer their customers via the regular way..

Avoid these services providers
The only reason I started working with them is the lower price compared to their competitors. However it is really not worth it.
They do not have good experience on their VAT services (I had to correct them a few times), they are horrible at replying and most of the times they do not even answer.
I have raised this with them kindly, politely and even bluntly multiple times, I do get an apology but no changes on their operative.
So yes, you will save around 20-30£ per service with these providers per month but they amount of stress that these people will cause you it is really not worth it. AVOID

After I paid, they stopped ignoring my emails. I called them several times asking for a refund If they can not fulfill the service. In the end 2 months later - no service and no refund.
They are scammers.
