I definitely do not recommend it. The comments on Truspilot are already an indication of this.

Before receiving the service, I asked many times whether there was an additional fee for VAT representation and retroactive declaration. I summarized all my requests before finally registering and they said very different things from what we first talked about.

This company is definitely not acting as your VAT representative. Even if this company says they do not charge for retroactive declarations, this is not true. They charge a fee. This company is no different from other single-use services that act on your behalf in the UK.

If you are looking for a reliable company, I do not recommend this company.

I paid approximately 900 euros to J&P Accountants for VAT registration in two countries. However, after making the payment, they stopped responding to my emails. It has now been six months, and I still haven’t received any updates or replies regarding my VAT registration. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and would not recommend their services to anyone.

Don't trust this company if you value your time and money!

I paid for their service to fulfil my VAT taxes in Germany and the first month they're suppose to do their job--> my Amazon account was being blocked because didn't transfer the money!

I was constantly asking to provide me a proof of the payment--> the only answer is 'tomorrow'.

In fact nothing happened, my Amazon account is in troubles now because of this company! Definitely not recommend this one!

They are totally incompetent and do not respond to emails. I have been waiting for answers for months! Leave these failures alone, I even received a fine of € 3,000 because of them. They should just be ashamed

I had a terrible experience with this company. I strongly recommend avoiding them for Amazon VAT registration. I made a payment about three months ago, and nothing has happened since. They take about a week to respond to my emails.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with this company's VAT calculation services. Initially, we agreed on a fee of 350 euros, as confirmed in a phone conversation with Muhammad Sakandar. However, I was recently informed that the fee has been changed to 700 euros without any prior notice.

This sudden and unacceptable change in the agreed amount is highly unprofessional. Furthermore, it seems the person responsible for handling the paperwork does not have the time to undertake this task. They didn’t even check my papers and said I have to pay the amount mentioned by the Finanzamt.

Such unprofessionalism and lack of adherence to the initial agreement have severely undermined our trust in this company's services. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and the original agreement reinstated.

Fine when setting things up, but when it came time to file no contact for weeks.

For months I‘ve been (and keep on) trying to make them send us 25 VAT Returns they submitted for us. Still without any success. They keep telling us they uploaded them to a specific site but they didn’t and they just refuse sending them to us. We can’t file the tax declaration without these returns and I really don’t know what else we can do. I’m desperate…

We entrusted them to register German VAT, And throughout the process they patiently explained and assisted us, ultimately helping us successfully obtained the VAT number. Thanks J&P/

Thank you for your team, we received the UK VAT number very soon. Special thanks to the two customer service team for their quick and friendly service. Brilliant experience, we will continue to entrust them to filing and so on.

Had to look up if this company was a scam.

We requested them a service to provide us a WEEE registration number for our online business. After 1 months we do not obtain any information from them, they refuses our calls, they avoid emails, they come with silly excuses that the employee have been sick etc...

So far our business has been locked while their delay costing us thousands of Euros.

Do not fall into the trap. This firm was a firm recommended by the Amazon Seller website.

My firm had a very bad experience working with them.

We are extremely disappointed with the service we have received from J&P Accountants. We have encountered numerous issues, including not being able to reach anyone on the phone, not receiving any response to our emails, and a lack of transparency in their work. We hope that immediate action will be taken to address these issues and improve the level of service provided. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT TO AVOID A NIGHTMARE.

I would not recommend this accounting firm to anyone. They are incredibly slow to process requests and completely unresponsive to customer inquiries. I have been waiting for weeks for them to complete a simple task and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive a response. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable accounting firm.

As an amazon seller they have had my file for VAT registration for 3 months and still nothing. and the worst no response by email. I can no longer sell on marketplaces for this in the middle of December where I would expect to make the best sales
