Really positive experience throughout. The team at Julian Wadden Didsbury were helpful, professional, and kept me well-informed at every stage. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and I always felt supported during the process. I would definitely recommend them.

Plenty of viewings arranged and feedback on reasons for not being interested by prospective buyers were appreciated. Regular telephone calls and emails kept me well informed by the team. House sale took 15 months for completion, much longer than expected. Communications with solicitors were good.

Annie at Julian Wadden has been so helpful in solving the issues with the shower. She sourced contractors, kept following things up, and checked that everything had been done to a high standard. Good job all round.
