July is exceptional about their customer service. We had an incident when flying back from Tokyo to Sydney. Our Trunk luggage was broken. We were heart broken to see that. So we contacted the team at July and they promptly replied and replaced our luggage without any hassle. Thank you so much team for this prompt action. This is the reason we come back to July and we have the whole set from them. Love their luggage and their service.
Amazing products and service
I bought a few luggages from this company, and really love its simplicity, flexibility and manoeuvrability design. And recently one of the suitcases had to be replaced after it broke under the warranty. The communication and service was quick. They responded to my email right away and sorted out my claim, and offered a replacement. I am happy with my purchases, the communication and service from this company.

I have purchase July luggage before & we have travelled extensively in Australia & Overseas.
We have found this luggage to be robust very light & have even loaded 30kg plus into the suitcase & it is still going strong.
I have just ordered a set of luggage for my daughter for Christmas & I took up the “Personal” amount & had her name engraved as our luggage has, I accidentally left off the emoji which is a brilliant idea for quick recognition of your own luggage.
I contacted the customer assistance team via email on a Saturday afternoon where they politely & immediate rectified my mistake.
Honestly July is the only place to purchase your luggage it’s strong & it will last.

I want to share a quick story to reflect this.
Some background….
I am writing to you on behalf of my sister Kelly. Her beautiful son and my nephew Oscar, passed away back in May this year. He was only 25 and was a massive shock. His drink bottle I purchased from July a couple of years ago lid has broken and more for a sentimental keepsake given Oscar is no longer with us just wondered if we could source a replacement lid. You’ll be able to see in the wear & tear how often it accompanied him to the gym etc. it won’t be used just another treasured piece my sister wants to keep that she can hold dear given Oscar is not longer with us.
The reply I received from July less than 12 hours later brought me to tears.

Case was damaged when travelling (thanks baggage handlers) and sent some photos and approved straight away and they are sending a replacement under their life time guarantee.
Excellent customer service
One of the items ordered did not arrive as expected when my large suitcase was delivered. I emailed customer service who very quickly helped me resolve the issue and a replacement item is now en route. Excellent customer service.

This is hands down the best luggage I’ve ever bought. I have the Checked Plus Light and can’t believe how much I have fit in without it being squashed in or being over the weight limit!!! So so so happy. The carbon shell feels so tough and the wheels make the steering a breeze - even over carpet. Worth every cent.

Fantastic company with excellent products. I have had a variety of high end luggage and July is by far my favorite. The pieces are so well designed and easy to maneuver through airports. I appreciate their knowledgeable customer service and that they stand behind their products. July is the only luggage I will purchase for myself and for others.
Delivery & Customer Service Issues
Ordered some luggage ( second order ) on the basis of a delivery timescale of 1 - 3 days. Some 7 days later total silence and no luggage delivered. No explanations, unable to advise as to when the products might be received. Automated replies from the company. Just rubbish....

I’ve been a longtime customer of July and love their bags. I had a small issue with a broken wheel after 4+ years of very solid use and they fixed it quick smart. The warranty team and instore team were super fast and responsive. Our bag is back in good health and ready for another lifetime of travel.

The zip broke during the first trip
The zip on my Carry On Pro broke when I used it for the first time. This follows another experience I had with July whereby the corners of my suitcase were badly scratched during its first use. I complained to the so-called July 'Happiness Team' to no avail. I even took my complaint to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. I hope this isn't the sign of things to come for July. Lack of quality is letting down the brand and I won't be purchasing any more July products and would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. Previously luggage I have bought from other companies has lasted decades. Not happy July!!
