Does not work at all. Absolutely useless. Waste of everyone's time.

I honestly can say after playing an online casino game and excited about a modest win ; I then realized that they require sending this company every detail of my personal financial information. And then after reviewing the information posted here I've realized I'll never get my winnings unless I give them the ability to clean out my account. Also whomever Jorge is that left a 5 star review in 2016 is obviously them because NO ONE would take the time and effort to say a verification process was seamless and go over how EVERY detail was processed. It's obvious that this company made that post. Definitely fraudulent. Sorry but do not need this type of grief in my life trying to claim a small casino prize of $500 as I'm certain that with the amount of disgruntled employees posting that either one of them or anyone working there will be able to abuse that information.
Also, if so many people working there are obviously dissatisfied the managers and corporate must be trash. Beware !

It seems like this company has been causing people problems for years. My experience is pretty much like all the others in that I did everything I was asked, but was still denied verification. Mine just wanted to crash or freeze up after I got past the identity verification and biometric scan. The biggest issue is that it doesn't go back to the spot that it crashed in, it goes all the way back to the first. I remember having this problem, but I'm pretty sure I did end up getting verified. So why can't they just automatically verify me again?

Der größte Mist. Verifizierung bricht immer beim Fotografieren des Dokuments ab, weil die Software es nicht hinkriegt, das Foto scharf abzubilden. Habs 4 mal erfolglos versucht. Hoffentlich ist das kein Identitätsklau gewesen. 2 von 3 Mitarbeitern sprachen sehr schlechtes deutsch. So z.B. "legen sie flach". Auf Nachfrage "wie meinen sie flach?" wurde die Verbindung getrennt. Dann soll man den Ausweis so bewegen, dass man das Hologramm erkennt. Wie denn, wenn alles unscharf ist. Katastrophe!

After trying three times to upload my ID (exactly as requested), Jumio keep declining, without offering any feedback. As a result I have cancelled my order. Sellers - stop using Jumio for age verification, they are directly causing you to lose revenue!

This software is complete crap and their customer service as well. Several online casinos use this for verification and I haven't been able to complete the last step which is facial recognition. I have tried EVERYTHING that was suggested. Different browsers, multiple types of devices, cleared my browser, cache. Anything they told me to try and it fails the same way every time. When I looked the company up I found out I'm not the only person having the issues. Hundreds of people experience this. They need to fix the issue that is on their end or shut it down.

This is simply the worst piece of software I have ever seen. I have attempted verification 4 times, on both my laptop and my phone. Each time, the biometric scan (which starts off perfectly centered on my face) then zooms in on a place to the right of my head and then performs the final scan immediately, therefore failing me. Honestly embarrassing.

So much slower than just manual entry and cross-checking for limited upside

United was using this for scanning passports. This simply does not work. Can't believe I tried, because with this incompetence, the chances are high that whatever I tried to upload would not be properly secured against hackers in this day and age. I just hope that they have enough money left to pay off something worthwhile in class action claims for identity theft or whatever problems that should expectedly happen.

How is it possible that such a horrible company is even existing? Do any of the Executive's of the company's,that are unfortunate enough to use Jumio, have they ever actuly tried it? My God? It is the worst of its kind regarding identity, recognition, verification software ever. An "F"en monkey could do better.

This company should be bankrupt?

How is their stock worth anything?

I am calling the exchange they are listed with and asking about fraud charges and why they should investigate Jumio.

They need a class action lawsuit for non-performance.

Jumio needs to die. As a company.

Their is much pain here caused by Jumio. When people know who they are, and this thing rakes in money but it is wrong. . . Your trying to open an account and it is for the same company that spends that money on Jumio.
Then you loose 5 hours trying to make it work.
It is just too much.

What I want to know is. . .

Who compensates for all this damage loss of time and anger.

One of the third class company for work. They do not respect their employes not safe employes jobs at any step they fire employees without any prior message and information. All of employees crush on jumio and jumio will be destroy very soon. Sepcially Mr Robert prigge CEO of jumio is a man who destroy the beautiful company. Before robert company is heaven for work every employee in company is happy any not a single employee was thinking about to left jumio.

„Next Gen KYC“ ist ein Witz. Die App kann noch nicht mal ordentlich die Handykamera (technisch) ansprechen, sodass angeblich zu schlechte Bilder herauskommen. Nach 5 Versuchen meinen Führerschein zu verifizieren abgebrochen (Fotos mit dem iPhone 14 Pro waren einfach nicht gut genug…). Fahrlässig mit diesem Anbieter zusammen zu arbeiten.

A scam to get your banking info and then they charge all kinds of adult sites to your card! Do not use! I had to get my Mastercard and my Wise digital card frozen, and dispute back all the adult website charges! The sign up form tells you that your credit card is declined, when in reality they get the info and start charging adult website without your knowledge. Since my card was not working I tried Wise they cleaned out my account too! Out of $82 Cdn on my MC and $135 Cdn on my Wise card! It will several weeks if not months to recover if I can!
