The blinds are ok but if something happens down the road don't expect any help from JB. I had to temporarily remove cellular blinds to replace the windows and needed to replace the mounting hardware.... Toon meer

Horrible experience! Don't order from these folks!
The entire experience was terrible. I am in the process of placing blinds on windows in my new home. I decided to give Just Blinds a try on a single blind before committing to a larger order. I placed the order on 12/29/24, and didn't receive the blind until 1/21/25. There was nothing custom about the order; it was a stock material. When the blind arrived, it was 1/2" too short. It didn't even reach the mounting brackets. I immediately called Customer Service and spoke to Morgan Crawford. After reviewing the issue with me, she sent me her email address and asked that I snap pics of the roller with a tape measure to show the dimensions. I did so immediately. I've never heard back to this day. I emailed her on 1/24 to ask about status. No response. I emailed again on 1/26 to say that I expected a response and resolution within 72 hours. Again, nothing. So, I have a blind that doesn't fit my window. I have disputed the credit card charge and will be taking my business elsewhere. I should have read the reviews here before placing the order! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have recently installed a set of blinds from justblinds.com that are warping if near any vent. This happened within a week and a half. When placing a warranty claim, they said they have never experienced this issue which I am sure is not the truth since mine are consistently doing the same thing.
I am on perpetual hold for the third time trying to cancel a follow-on order with the same resistance as when I tried to do the warranty claim.

3 blinds that don't retract and no customer service!
I ordered 3 roller blinds 11/23. I installed in rental. They were barely used yet all 3 do not retract. I called "Customer Service" 5 or 6 times only to get endless loop voice mail. Spoke to sales 3 times to get a warm body answer, they all sent me to the same voicemail. Zero response. I would not buy anything from them after this experience!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Had old cellular shades from them that I wanted to replace with roller blinds. Sent them the measurements of the cellular shades to and the salesperson created an order for the new roller blinds based off that. The new blinds came and they won't fit on my window. Called customer support and they said there was nothing they could do even though it was their error in the first place, so now I'm stuck with $400 of useless blinds. Don't give them your business

Following instructions on the "How to measure" page, I ordered two roller shades of 36.5" and received shades 35.25" wide. Customer service kept insisting that it was correct even though the web page says, "Measure the width of the area you want to cover (1 1/2" overlap on each side recommended) Record measurement **Outside Mount Shades will be made to your exact measurement**"
Customer service refused to allow a return on a shade that was too narrow, and kept quoting me a line from the specifications page that says, "Light gap between material and window frame on control side: Approximately 3/4" and "Light gap between material and window frame opposite control side: Approximately 1/2" - whatever that might mean for an outside mount. An outside mount is attached to the window CASING, not the frame. I got nowhere with customer service. Twice. They both then told me "the warranty you selected doesn't...." Well, the Justblinds webpage detailing how to measure for an outside mount doesn't say a thing about gaps, but insists (again), "Measure the width of the area you want to cover (1 1/2" overlap on each side recommended)." They even have a video saying the same thing. I am stuck with blinds that do not cover the area I want to cover because Justblinds refuses to correct this error. What good is a "How to measure" page if it doesn't detail their actual cutting procedures?

Ordered a blind, came in with wrong dimensions, customer service says had you purchased the deluxe coverage we could have worked something out, I replied it was never offered on line when I bought the shade!!! I said I need the right shade, surely you can take something off the next shade to help me out, I mean I just paid $250.00 for a shad I cant use... Been waiting 3.5 weeks for a set of replacement vertical slats. I have chased them many times on this number: +44 800 783 9510 Each time it is an answerphone stating on phone with other customers and will call back. Only this lady NEVER DOES CALL BACK! We just want our order that we have paid for. It’s not complicated and very straightforward. I would not wish for anyone to go through this stressful scam of a company. Please be very warey of them!

I ordered my INSIDE MOUNT BLINDS from Just Blinds on
3-12-24
On 3 -22-24 received the Blinds with outside mounts. I called and they sent out the INSIDE MOUNT Brackets. Nope received outside mount brackets again . I called again and they couldn’t explain but sent me INSIDE MOUNT Brackets for the second time .
NOPE ! I received outside mounts again
Called and talked to a manager he apologized sent me a schematic on how the inside mount should be installed. He said the new inside mount brackets would arrive in 2 to 3 days. Nope 10 days. I received the proper inside out brackets but was missing the nuts for the brackets so now I have to go to Home Depot and buy nuts. These guys have been playing games with me. NEVER AGAIN !

1/3 blinds mechanical rolling mechanism is broken. 2 customer service reps said that they couldn’t do anything about it. Finally the 3rd one is requesting a video and they can have a he same item shipped out. The same blind that is damaged is a shorter than the others and they’re refusing to make it bigger than the size ordered.
