Great Options!
I found this program as we were working through COVID and not long after I had a bad fall (a cat was involved). Following the videos helped me maintain and build strength and flexibility. I have continued to enjoy this program, using it to augment outdoor activities to maintain flexibility and balance. Thank goodness for options!
The ease of working out with Justin is awesome.
I've been working out with Justin since the end of November 2024 and this is the longest I have ever stuck to a routine so consistently. So far, the longest I've fallen off the rails for is a day or two and the length and accessibility of his workouts have made it possible for me to get back on track and caught up right away before my motivation has completely faded out.
I feel stronger and more mobile already and am so grateful to have discovered Justin on Instagram and to have subscribed to his workouts.

So grateful I saw JA on Pinterest. At first I was saving all his mini videos and doing those sporadically and feeling good. I needed something more consistent and organized, though, so I took the plunge and joined his program and I am so grateful I did! His kindness and love he puts into every single video shines through and keeps you motivated. He also really educates you on which muscles we need to focus on to get the most out of the exercise which I like. I will be getting his bands soon in the mail and can’t wait to start using those as well.

I highly recommend Justin's workout routines for those currently living a sedentary lifestyle. Very do-able, short routines that really make a difference to a healthier, happier you.

Justin's fitness videos are great. They are a short workout that strengthen target areas. When I can I repeat the video for a longer workout or choose another. Justin provides modifications for gentle training and challenging while reminding us to listen to your body.
Great program
This is a great program especially for someone that doesn't like to go to a gym. I've been doing this now for about 2 years. Love the variety of workouts. Being older, lots of options to help with balance and keeping your joints moving. There is something for everyone no matter your age.😊

Fantastic fitness app and program. Many levels of fitness videos from sedentary to more advanced. Especially if you’re new to exercise or have physical limitations or disabilities. These are real-life workouts strengthening you for everyday activities and preventing injuries and falls. The app is super easy to use and a lot of support and positive feedback from Justin and other members. It feels like you’re part of a family. Love it!

Low-impact workout Goldmine
I found this Justin Agustin Instagram page, followed his videos and invested in his program over a year ago. It was the best decision in my life! It has been hard for me to get back into a workout routine, i struggle with frustrations of not being able to do what i once could. With this low-impact and varied monthly challenges, i have been able to get moving again, gently so i dont injury myself anymore trying to do what i could but no longer able to. Super easy to use app, along with a plethora of past videos, this is a must buy for anyone. Low-impact still smack! I was once a top athlete, and these low-impact workouts are extremely effective and easy to do. A must do!

A true beginner’s journey
As a true beginner, I have found Justin’s videos very valuable. It almost felt too easy at first but the length of the videos helped me build a nearly daily habit of movement. This program was meant for me, Justin is a great encouraging gentle trainer. He covers areas of movement that will help me be more mobile, flexible and healthier.
