Furrukah has provided me easy and concise explanations for hard concepts within physics. He has also helped me increase my grade within A level physics and even provided me with knowledge above the syllabus of A level. He is an excellent tutor who is welcoming and brilliant at teaching.

This company is great as they provide you with so much help. I am currently doing accounting and Digital solutions/ computer science and so far i have seen great progress in my marks in school. The tutors are also very helpful they answer whatever question you have and they help you in your schoolwork. For whoever is desciding on if they want to come to kassoom i 100% reccomendd signing up.

My tutor Garima helped me quite alot and gave me loads of advice and tips on the content I have been studying.

Great Company and Wonderful Experience!

I’ve been working with Kassoom for more than two years, and honestly, it’s been an amazing journey. The company truly cares about both its employees and students. The environment is friendly, supportive, and very professional.

Our tutors are highly experienced and dedicated, and we have some really great students who make every day enjoyable.

I’m genuinely happy to be part of Kassoom and proud of the work we do together.

Garima helps me understand the topics better and explains it very clearly which makes it easier and fun to learn.

Do not give these people your bank details. We received tutoring for several months for GCSE Spanish and maths. We were generally happy with them. When we terminated, money continued to be taken. After weeks of WhatsApp and phone conversations the payments stopped with promises of a refund. After further weeks of chasing and excuses and delaying tactics, they stopped communicating. After a couple months of silence, another payment has been taken. They now owe us around £800. Stay away from them. They don't even have a number you can call to speak to their management.
Kassoom, give us back our money!

My daughter had GCSE Chemistry lessons with Kavneet. She is an excellent tutor, showing great patience and thorough preparation. She went through plenty of past papers and helped my daughter achieve a grade 8 in her GCSE.

Really good for the kids and teacher are very professional

My son attended tutoring with Kassoom and the teaching was genuinely good — his grades improved noticeably, and I was happy with the quality of the lessons.

The only problem I faced was with the refund after cancellation. After the second deduction, I contacted them on WhatsApp, and their admin team called me back directly. They sorted the issue out and processed a refund, which I appreciate.

Overall, I would say their tutoring is strong and effective. My only request is to make the cancellation process simpler and clearer for parents going forward.

Tutor Hellen is very good. Her approach is very individualised with every kid. She adapts to the student needs, and engage them very well. Highly recommended.

Garima helped me to pass my maths GCSE Exam with an 8 & was very good at explaining tricky topics that i didn't understand at first. She also focused on exam questions a lot which allowed me to be prepared for what came up on the exam.

This place is awful and a scam. They have taken payments even after I cancelled and now you can’t get though to anyone. I’ve sent so many emails, nothing. Calls and no one responds. They have a WhatsApp but don’t respond if you’re requesting your money back. These lessons were cancelled in June and payments are still being taken. Avoid this scam

My experience with Kassoom was so great. My daughter had troubles with her GCSE English language, even at the last moment until we met Kassoom. We had started the classes after the Easter holiday. The team was so great that they had helped her to get good grades. We were actually shocked by the results, because she had 3 grades more than here predicted grades. We really appreciate the teamwork and their support.

My maths tutor Garima is very helpful in helping me improve for my GCSEs. Would highly recommend

better improvements for people with poor eyesight also print the subject exercises for the student

My tutor Garima has helped me with many topics in maths such as Simultanous Equations, Vectors and Venn diagrams and the teaching is very good
