I needed extra support for my son’s “A” Levels and so far it’s been a nice experience. Staff are very supportive, getting in touch with updates and resolving issues as quickly as possible. My son’s tutor is great. Would recommend to everyone.

I highly recommend Kassoom. I found them online myself, and the communication throughout was excellent. We used one of their tutors to help my son prepare for his GCSEs math exam this year, and the results truly paid off. The staff were very helpful and responsive, and the tutor was excellent—my son connected with them really well. Overall, a very positive experience!

We booked lessons for my son for 2 hours per week. He only needed lessons until his exams finished in June. we found out they have been taking extra payments after checking the bank statements, on top of the lessons payments we agreed. We have told them about the payments and given them proof of the evidence, we have requested for the refund of the extra payments taken without permission, they are making excuses not to refund the money. My sons lessons finished in June, they still took another payment recently. We had to go back to the bank to file a fraudulent case against Kasoom. If you want to enroll with this company please think before you go ahead, your money is not safe with them. I strongly recommend them those who read my feedback not to make any kinds off deals with this company. Find another online tutoring company.

Shivani tutor has been very helpful getting my son to focus on his writing skills. Writing in different forms whether it be process writing, fiction and non-fiction writing and letter introduction.

We are pleased to see how our son has progressed in his English in Year 10 and is heading into GCSE. His teacher Olumide is brilliant. His teaching method has helped my son grasp the subject quickly, and he is extremely patient. He had jumped three grades above and was struggling with this subject, having developed a sense of detest. Now there is complete turnaround, and this has become his favourite subject. We are really lucky to have Olumide as his teacher and wish him all the best. His calm and composed way of teaching has helped my son immensely!

Overall, Kassoom Tutors seem to be a well-structured and professional service. The WhatsApp chats are responsive and helpful, making it easy to manage scheduling and communication. Our tutor, Ramzan Ali, clearly knows his subject well and often shares detailed notes after sessions, along with the occasional video recording, which is really useful for revision.

One of the things I appreciate most is Kassoom’s flexibility—they’ve always been happy to reschedule lessons when there are clashes with other commitments, and they’ve also paused billing during our holidays without any hassle.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that we haven’t yet seen a noticeable improvement in my son’s grades. That said, we’re hopeful that with continued support, we’ll start to see progress soon.

The tutoring was extremely helpful and they were very understanding with timetables and when lessons were able to take place. My tutor was very helpful in finding the right way for me to revise for my alevels in a calm and attentive way. Lessons didn’t feel too full on and I was able to build a good work environment!

We booked for one weeks lessons, cram lessons for GCSE's, but just found out they've continued taking payments despite it being specified as 1 week only. It was only when checking a bank statement that I found they've been taking £44 per week since then. This has been raised to them and a refund requested.

EDIT: Once Kassoom found out there was a problem they did arrange a refund; which was great. Although I wasn't happy with the request to take my Trust Pilot review down. I have given them an extra point for sorting out the refund and fixing their internal systems.

My boys have been receiving GCSE tuition from Kassom, and the experience has been outstanding. All the tutors are highly educated, professional, and incredibly supportive. The entire team has been helpful from start to finish, showing great dedication and putting in a lot of effort over the past few months. Their guidance has made a significant difference. I highly recommend them :)

Deepak has been an incredible support for my daughter and her progress in math has been outstanding. Since working with him, she has moved up to a higher level at school and is now on a very positive path.

I used Kassoom tutoring to provide maths one to one lessons for my daughter. We used Parveen Sharma for this as we found him good at explaining during the trial lesson. My daughter’s grade improved significantly throughout. Parveen quickly understood the gaps and taught my daughter accordingly. I found Kassoom tutoring very professional.

As a student, Kassoom has honestly helped more than my teacher at school. My tutor, Mr Ayanda, goes so much more in depth and is very patient with the questions I ask. Overall a very good tutor company.

They accommodated my son to do his tutoring even in a short noticed. They are easy to get hold if we have any concerns and the tutor is very good.

I have had my ups and downs with Kassoom when I initally joined, but the team have significantly improved. Communicaton is much more clearer with the team, so there has been a significant decrease in altercations.

However, the tutoring itself is great (5 stars!). My tutor, Kavneet, has ben tutoring me since year 10 and she is one of the reasons I have gone from a grade 3 to a grade 8 in chemistry. I really appreciate how kind and patient she has been throughout my learning journey.

We have been with Kassoom for about 18 months. Parveen started tutoring my daughter the last few months. Parveen is patient. He explains in a way that my daughter understands and also assists her with past gcse papers. I would highly recommend Parveen.

Kassom is a SCAM is better to study by yourself even tho it may help sometimes maths is the one subject you shouldn’t study with a tutor my old tutor Tanzila is a very BAD tutor she is always on her phone and when I ask her to demonstrate an example that I don’t know how to do she will tell me “do it again” or she will explain without a desmontration while she is on call or just texting someone NO EXPERIENCE she always comes in late and leaves early like come on. they get there worksheets from google and it’s very bad when i get a question correct she is distracted and she will tell me that is wrong. I wonder if the manger or the boss from the company watches the recordings because they do not help i’ve just been wasting my money on maths i’ve not been learning ANYTHING at all and i engage very much. Pls get better teacher that are WILLING to help not just some random people that say they “know” because they just don’t this is a complaint to Tanzila a person working in Kassom thank you.
