Ordered my second knife yesterday from the warehouse seconds range after receiving my awesome Gaz Oakley utility knife. It’s arriving tomorrow but just wanted to say Lauren took care of me via email all day and fulfilled my every need. I read a review about bad customer service. I didn’t experience it.

This is a company that really cares. They make a great product and the staff have been great when I have had a question. Thanks Katto.

Was so impressed with the personalised /engraved Nakiri knife and the set of steak knives I bought as gifts earlier this year. So, I was over the moon to snap up a Santoku, Nakiri and a Chef’s knife all with walnut handles in the recent workshop seconds sale. They are fabulous purchases. Shame I missed out on a utility knife too - that will be my next purchase

Order a skillet from Katto, came without the seasoning oil, contacted them and they said it would be sent out, followed up again as was going away and told it was on the way, came back and still nothing, am now waiting response.

Got a really good deal with a warehouse second . There must be a blemish somewhere but if there is I cannot find it . It’s a beautifully balanced knife and has a gorgeous rosewood handle . Its function is a level up- extremely sharp and precise chopping .Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic knife purchased, the quality was obvious from the point of opening the box. But it was also astonishing value - good value at full price, but this was a 'second' with a meaningful discount. I'm still trying to find the imperfection.... What is also highly unusual is the level of fast, efficient and friendly customer service. Its a rarity to find a company behaving the way these people do.

I ordered an item, and it said it would be delivered and gave no choice, did not try again and sent it back to Katto. I have heard nothing, no communication to say I would not receive this, which was a present, no communication about how best to take next step. Katto?

Love the knife- very well made, craftsmen’s/lady is fantastic and really good quality. Used the knife last night- really sharp and well balanced. I now need to start swapping my old knives for Katto.

Fantastic. Bought 3 knives in a short space of time, the pocket, Utility and Santoku, one of which was bought during their warehouse seconds sale. All 3 knives are beautiful! Well balanced and sharp as anything. Every touch is well thought out from the packaging, lucky penny and overall ethos. Not throwing away the warehouse seconds, which I’m sure lots of companies would do and selling them at a significant discount is well thought out. Will be completing my set soon.

I decided to live minimalistic lifestyle so I wanted to have one or two fantastic knives that will last forever and they tick all the boxes.

I got a call which stopped me buying 4 sets of knives by mistake, which woiuld have been a disaster as they were getting engraved. Beautiful knives and great service

I went to the pop up shop to get it but they didn't have it! The person there said I could have free delivery the next day but the whole point of going there was to guarantee getting it and not having to wait in for the delivery.

The package didn't get delivered the next day as indicated (it came the day after).

Finally the assistant didn't seem to know about the "rewards" but she sorted it out quickly.
