In genere noi usiamo Trustpilot per rilasciare recensioni negative, come una sorta di dispetto per aver subito un trattamento, a proprio giudizio, insoddisfacente. Purtroppo questo avviene anche quando il consumatore ha torto ma pretende di avere ragione e in quel caso non si può fare nulla. Però possiamo fare qualcosa: anziché ricordarci di Trustpilot solo quando siamo insoddisfatti da un servizio, ricordiamocene anche quando ne siamo soddisfatti, come in questo caso.
L'estate scorsa acquistai per la prima volta da questo store, le aspettative erano alte per via del prezzo che pagai per il prodotto e vennero soddisfatte. Qualità dei materiali, accessori e strumenti curati nei minimi particolari. Sembrava di acquistare un prodotto da IKEA.
Soddisfatto dal loro shop, qualche giorno fa ho effettuato nuovamente un acquisto.
Cosa è successo? Sul sito, il giorno dopo il mio acquisto, il prezzo dell'articolo è passato da 65$ a 52$; mi sono sentito tra lo sfortunato e l'ingannato (stavo seguendo l'articolo da diverso tempo e proprio quando ho deciso di acquistarlo hanno abbassato il prezzo?).
Ho contattato il servizio clienti spiegandogli che avevo appena effettuato l'acquisto di un prodotto e il giorno dopo quel prodotto era sceso di prezzo e mi sentivo trattato ingiustamente. Non avevano nessun obbligo nei miei confronti, purtroppo il tempismo è stato cinico.
Stamattina ricevo una mail da parte del servizio clienti che mi dice (la traduco in italiano): "Salve. Abbiamo rimborsato la differenza, per favore controlli le mail. Grazie" e insieme a questa mail, nella casella di posta c'era anche quella di Paypal che mi informava di un rimborso parziale. Che altro aggiungere.. Sono stati impeccabili e stiamo parlando di uno store cinese, non per essere cattivo ma acquisto dalla Cina da oltre 10 anni e nella cultura cinese non esiste "il cliente ha sempre ragione", una volta acquistato, chi si è visto si è visto, sono pochissimi i venditori che prestano attenzione al cliente, KBD è uno di loro.
Mi riservo di complimentarmi ancora una volta con la loro onestà, professionalità e attenzione al cliente, una peculiarità più unica che rara purtroppo nel mondo dello shopping.

Great Quality
Really happy with my keyboard kit. It came a lot sooner than I expected and was very affordable for the quality provided. Also, the Typeplus x YIKB stabilisers are probably the best I've ever owned even though I haven't modded them at all. Shipping was also a lot cheaper than I expected! Overall, I'm very happy with my experience, and will definitely be buying from KBDFans again.
Great customer service
Purchased an Athena 1800 keyboard for my next build. The PCB sadly arrived damaged. But KBDFans’ customer service team not only sent me a new one for free, they tested the PCB before sending it and sent me a video of the test. That extra piece of mind meant a lot to me, given the shipping times from China to the US can get lengthy. New PCB arrived within a week, and the keyboard is now doing great!
free replacement after accident

So I reached out to customer support and showed them the issue and they are sending out a free replacement pcb!
Super quick customer service, very kind and friendly and he knew what he was talking about.

I had made a very stupid mistake and put in the wrong email address when I placed my order. I was worried I somehow screwed up this pretty expensive purchase, but Jean was very patient and helpful and made sure everything worked smoothly. inadequate customs declaration
I ordered a GT80 for $149 USD including shipping. Because the shipping cost wasn’t declared on the customs documents, DHL applied the highest rate, increasing the total to €179.
This meant paying around 50% extra on top of the actual item value of $126 USD, including nearly €60 in tax and handling fees.
Additionally, some essential parts were missing and had to be resent. Due to incorrect declaration, I incurred almost €30 in extra charges for parts worth just $5 USD, which should have been delivered free as “free replacement / no commercial value.”
Altogether, the additional costs could have nearly paid for a second case. After a PayPal dispute, the overpaid fees were refunded — but I would not repeat this experience.

Couple things:
I was nervous about ordering from China for all the normal reasons sending hundreds of dollars to another country can be stressful. My purchase shipped very quickly and I got updates as soon as it cleared customs. Super easy.
Second - I made a mistake on my order and realized I missed something critical. I figured I was basically sol but I tried customer service and immediately got a response with a solution to my problem. Jean was very helpful and responsive! Looking forward to my next order. Unmatched Value for Money!
People complaining about the import tax should've expected as such as with any product imported from elsewhere.
Even including the tax the value for money is incredible - I was provided with any necessary accessories to customise my keyboard however I liked, all the keycaps, spare switches, spare backplates and more. Not only that, but the build quality is phenomenal, all complemented by good customer service and an active live chat.
Second time returning and not disappointed. Will be back again!

ordered a keyboard in a color that they said was in stock after purchasing was told they made a mistake and they didn't have the color I ordered in stock to which I was sent the different color and the order wasn't cancelled when trying to return it was told I had to pay to ship it back which is about $70 some dollars to get the refund for the $130 keyboard when talking to support was told there was nothing they could do for me even though they made the mistake I never bought something from a site that said they had something in stock when they didn't and send you a different color and think you are supposed to just be ok with it then told to send it back but I have to pay for shipping cost very unprofessional and was not given any chance to be able to fix it overall a waste of time and won't ever try to buy another one of their products again

I was unlucky with some keycaps I got, but KBDfans replaced the faulty keycaps without any hassle and very fast with shipping from China to Sweden! I have so mandy KBDfans products and all are great quality and always get great support!

Good quality, packaging and shipping
High quality keycaps, excellent original designs, shipping only took 5 days from China to Belgium with no important damage or shuffled keycaps thanks to the very sturdy hard cardboard box and solid plastic trays.
I decided to get PBTfans X-ray after being interested in the set for a while and I'm not disappointed, they sound, feel and look great.
The prices are also pretty good for a premium keycap set, especially one as unique as this.
Edit: Ordered two more times after writing this review and it went flawlessly, support was very responsive and pertinent, would still absolutely recommend.
