It was a seamless 'event'.

I have recently completed on a life mortgage, sourced by Key Equity Release. My contact at Key was Andrew Warby, who from the outset made me feel at ease with the process. This was a big decision for me and Andrew could not have done more to help me decide on the product I finally chose. He talked me through the process, then gave me a detailed breakdown of all my options. Andrew never hurried the process, or pushed me in one direction or another. He made sure I understood at every step and never once pressurised me into making a decision.
Once my decision was made Andrew kept me upto date with progress until everything was finalised.
I would recommend Key but it was Andrew Warby that made me comfortable throughout a very big decision for me.

This gentleman was very understanding, although sometimes I got the feeling that he found my attempts at humour was not always fitting for the serious nature of updating the family wills. But he put up with me with good grace and looking back I feel I may owe him an apology for not being more down to earth about it, so in public Joe I apologise, but it’s in my nature 😀.

Having said that Joe is a good example of someone who interacts well with his customers and knows how to put them at their ease and is, obviously, very knowledgeable about his work. He instinctively knew when to explain, in plain English, when the legalise became unintelligible to me or my wife.

We found him very likeable and professional, with no airs and graces one may expect with someone of his profession and standing. Someone whom my wife and I would enjoy speaking with again. All in all, Joe is a credit to his profession, company and above all himself.

Being rather apprehensive making first contact with the company it was wonderful to speak to Joseph Withers who put us immediately at ease. He talked us through the whole process and gave us various options, and then gave us time to review everything. The next day he contacted us again and when we asked for different figures he was very happy to oblige and start again from scratch. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept in touch through out the whole process to ensure we were happy.

What a great experience. In the past I was somewhat wary about equity release. However, I would totally recommend "Key Equity Release" to all those who wish to realise additional income. Andrew Warby was my contact throughout the process and was a brilliant communicator and instantly put me at ease. Andrew gave great advice and I proceeded to begin the process of application. I must tell you the process was remarkably swift and the requested loan was completed within 6 weeks.
