Warehouse loses Returns
I've used kit and kin for both of my boys and I think the product is really good although I do wish they'd make a fully recyclable version. They're light weight and good on my babies skin. My main gripe is with their returns process. I've had a couple of instances where my subscription has automatically renewed and I've not updated my babies size. When going through the process of returning, their warehouse has lost my parcel and not automatically refunded 2 times despite labelling the return with my order number to match the return to my account. Just a bit annoying to have to chase this up every time.

I enjoy using house hold products…
I enjoy using house hold products however, I was very disappointed that for the quite high price, hand soap dispensers and all spray bottles are made out of plastic. Yes, I do understand that they can be recycled again, but honestly I was hoping for the glass bottles.

They're also a practical and safe choice for busy family homes.

Best wipes I’ve used
I have subscribed to Kit and Kin wipes for a few months now and I can honestly say these are the best wipes I’ve ever used, so strong and durable and super gentle and I feel so good knowing that also safe for the environment. You get what you pay for - yes they may be a little bit more pricey than some High Street brands but they’re so worth it. Also, the opening seal stays in place which was an annoyance of mine from other brands!

I wish these nappies were not cut so…
I wish these nappies were not cut so high leg. Plus I always have leaks up the back or down the leg. I understand nappies are now designed this way for baby to have more mobility and for clothing to look nice, but I don’t feel this is practical.

I’m doing a 2nd review for K&K glass cleaner as I’ve only just started using it fully. It’s absolutely amazing. Smells good, you don’t feel like you are choking on a toxic spray. It’s the best window and glass cleaner hands down. Spray it on, wipe it over then it just seams to do the rest!! No smears, no having to go back over it time and time again until it clears. You can’t improve on this so hopefully they won’t change it.

Good support from the customer service. Customer service had contacted me.Provided with a complimentary pack to try, which was delivered the next day itself. My baby feels super comfortable with the nappy pants size 4, fitting is good,it doesn't irritate the sensitive skin,soft and breathable. I would definitely recommend this nappy .

I cannot rate Kit and Kin highly enough. Have already written a 5 star review for their Magic Salve, which is now my go-to for all cuts, grazes, heatrash, etc as well as using it for lipsalve, cracked heels and crepe-y skin. But this review is for Fiorela and the customer services team: a parcel got misdelivered because of an inaccurate address but nothing was too much trouble for them and they re-sent swiftly. Gifting Magic Salve to friends with babies overseas on an imminent trip so the speed with which K&K acted was very much appreciated.
