Virtually no communication apart from initial order confirmation. Used to order school PE kit and we're already into 6 weeks from order and no sign of it. Happy to take your money and then you hear nothing else. Queried over email several times with only 1 reply. Spoke to a customer service person who didn't help at all. Will never use again. Child now has no PE kit for school Monday and it's his first year at the school. Will be notifying the school of the shoddy service received

Complicated ordering system . You have to request a quote before they will accept an order. This prolongs the process.
Hard work to obtain invoice even though payment is made on the day of ordering via CC

Absolutely loves it. First the Kit came exactly how it looks on the website
Secondly the delivery process was amazing. My boys got the kits (18 garnement) on time. And most importantly the staff are very friendly and act upon my request. Very professional. This was my first order and I am sure I will have many more to come.

The speed of the arrival was excellent. The shirt is good quality and at a bargain price.

Ordered training shirts and Coaches jackets for our U16 girls Ice Hockey team. Brilliant communication throughout, the ordering process was very clear and easy to use and any subsequent questions I have had during the printing process have been answered promptly. Will definitely be using again.

First time shopping with Kitking and it won’t be the last. I placed a very late order (forgot to order more like) before our pending holiday on Wednesday knowing I’m cutting it thin for the parcel to arrive.
