I’m still waiting on my order to arrive 2 months later. Really slow. Will never order from here again.

After looking for certain Joma Jackets and tops to replace worn out ones on my football team. I found KitKing on google being the cheapest price at the time. I was a bit worried as I have never used them before or heard of them. I ordered the Jackets and paid for shipment, received an email confirmation, then the parents wanted different sizes I emailed KitKing and they emailed straight back and confirmed the amended order twice. They kept me informed throughout the order about delivery and sent Invoice confirming the correct order.
They made it a smooth and friendly process, but was professional in their business throughout.
The response time in finding products and answering questions has been less than couple minutes, great customer service.
I never leave a review but wanted to for KitKing, they went above and beyond and I've now saved them as my favourite supplier.

Lisa and Maddie have been so efficient with our order, responded quickly to emails and assured me that my order will be as prompt as possible. The customer service was fabulous.

I placed an order for the Junior Football Team I manage and everything about the process was simple and easy use. The website is advanced but easy to navigate and find exactly what you need.

Some of the items I ordered have to come from the manufacturer and the website timescales managed my expectations regarding how long it would take to arrive and then be delivered to me.

The sales team are amazing, my initial contact came when one of the shirts I ordered was out of stock but would be coming in shortly in addition to what I was already aware of. Lisa from the sales team confirmed this via email and also a follow up call to ensure I knew where my order was and that really assured me and gave me confidence in the process.

My team has had a match rearranged and we need one of the shirts as soon as possible, I emailed in asking if what was in stock already could be sent and without hesitation or they arranged for it to be sent to be in 1-2 days via courier.

I cannot thank KitKing enough and they have an amazing team around them who supports their customers in any way they can.

They were prompt with any and all correspondence. Lisa was efficient and helpful, especially when there were technical issues. Would work with them again.

Lisa was very helpful in sorting my order, one of the kits I ordered wasn’t available and she was very prompt in firstly contacting me and then secondly I getting a replacement organised.

This was first time dealing with KitKing and everything went very smoothly with everything turning up on time very impressive will definitely use them again

This Company is fantastic and their Customer Service is exceptional. Only thing I was disappointed with was the Nike leggings they where not long enough for my daughter who has long legs, so she wouldn't even try them on and I wouldn't blame her, you just had to look at them to know they where going to be too short.

Absolutely love my choice of sports wear ordered from kitking most definitely will order again.

Order delivered 23/8/24 with a shirt that was incorrectly printed.

Emailed the sales team and this was dealt with within 48hours, rapid response and great communication from Matthew.

The new shirt arrived yesterday, A week after the original being delivered. So quick I didn’t get chance to feel frustrated at the first being wrong!

Fast delivery, good quality. Just one small downside, stock for Plymouth Argyle runs out very fast.

Secondary school uniforms available in child sizes. My son wears Nike youth M so that’s what I ordered - when it arrived it said v clearly in the label that it was Enfant/Child M and I was told no refunds or returns available. If you are using Youth to describe your sizing of Nike products, be aware that Nike Youth is a group of sizes separate to child / adult. Waste of £70.

My daughter’s new club have a shop to purchase training wear. Ordered a training shirt 2 months ago still not arrived. Cant understand why it’s taking so long yet allows you to order more and pay for it. System needs a rethink
As single items seem be taking to long or forgotten. Constantly chasing with little updates about this. Happy to take the Money tho .
