Ordered some sports good for my son’s birthday. The deadline was tight for arrival and I e-mailed the company and they kindly expedited the dispatch and upgraded the delivery free of charge to ensure it arrived on time. Very much appreciative of their prompt help in this and my 7 year old was very happy with the clothing!

Products were okay but customer service was awful.
I had a complaint about the lettering on the items, and despite numerous attempts to get someone to speak to me they hid behind emails and excuses about being unavailable.
6 weeks later and after 3 requests for contact I’m still being ignored!

Poor customer service lead times longer than quoted on website.

Ordered some stock plain kits for my child which were stated in stock so expected fairly quick delivery, money was taken straight away then heard nothing for over a month then received an email stating they'd have been dispatched.
Can then track through some 3rd party app which tbh is just another step I won't bother with to just install a crappy app just for 1 use, why you don't just get a basic tracking number which 95% of websites use which will then take you to delivery firms website idk.
Items finally arrived and there's nothing bad to say about them.
So overall good items to buy but after payments been taken order progress needs to be vastly improved.

The trouser was of the smaller size

The service is so slow. It took months for the items to arrive even after chasing multiple times.
