8 week wait. Zero updates. Failure to complete a two item order in the timeframe. Still waiting…Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered 4 Nike Park VII football shirts on the 15/6/26....Funds were taken from my account next day..16/6/26....All 4 items were in stock.

As of 22/6/26 not even mention of despatch date let alone expected delivery....very poor service.

I spoke to Mathew, to place a order, from a previous order, approx a year ago. As I couldn't find the art work for it.
After a little effort, Mathew found everything I needed for the order.
Mathew is very easily to talk to and was very efficient..
I would definitely recommend people to the company and to speak to Mathew.

Matther provided exceptional service.

Despite my own mistake with my order, Matthew was hugely helpful in ensuring the correct stock was issued on time; he was friendly and communicated exactly when he said he would. I've used Kit King before and will use them again due to service alone, but luckily the product is also excellent for what we need.

Answered my query promptly.

I needed to apply for kits for my team as I was getting nowhere with sponsorship. I found AO.com had a grassroots process where they would provide kits via KitKing.

I put my application in but wasn’t sure how the process, how long it would take, what the result would be etc.

I found a contact Email address and started speaking to Lisa from KitKing.

She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and speak to and it was so refreshing.

From the moment she first replied she wasn’t just helpful in answering my questions, she had a personality and that for me came across incredibly well!

She is a credit to KitKing and the grassroots program with AO and because of this experience I will look to use KitKing in the future and will most definitely recommend them as a company.

Really quick and friendly service with the best prices I’ve found in the UK

ordered team kit for my club and after a few glitches on the system I contacted the customer services team and after a lot of patience with me identified the problem and sorted it for me incredibly swiftly. Like to say a big thank you to Matt for everything he did today to assist me. Even clarifying some queries excellently for me.

Shocked to even see that they even have any good reviews. Just a shocking company no communication nothing after i made a purchase and its been weeks to just send an order for £17 it’s embarrassing. Just add this website to your list of scammers

I made an order for a ball on the 30th of April, its 11 may now, I didn’t even get a confirmation for my order. I followed up and got nothing. Id recommend to not buy anything from them.

Would like to say a massive thankyou from the Atherton colls juniors.without company's like yours most teams wouldn't be able to start there pathway through football.AO help us and was a quick reply also easy to apply on the website. We now have kits, jackets, shorts, managers tops, and few other bits and bobs.we don't aim for the best kids around it's all about fun/making new team mates/ and enjoying the football. We help when we can to make thins happen to kids with disabilities and try and go that extra mile to make there day.

Great communication via email. Always responsive to a query. My order unfortunately could not be fulfilled as requested due to low stock in one of the sizes but customer services did a great job in organising a different size which was suitable. Kit arrived on time and looks amazing.

Called the company beforehand to see how long it would take for an item to arrive, spike with Matthew he was lovely, friendly & really helpful!!
I placed my order on the Thursday expecting it to arrive Tuesday following week & arrived the next day!!
