POOR SERVICE, COMMUNICATION = AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Seems the only way to get a response out of this company is via a complaint on here. Ordered over a week ago and paid additional for express delivery via DPD. Wish I’d read the reviews before doing so as I would have avoided this company at all costs. They however didn’t hang around in taking the payment but have delivered NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever in regards to the status of this delivery despite attempts to email and telephone. All you get via telephone is a full mailbox. Which doesn’t shock me after reading some of these reviews.

To anyone else reading - just don’t bother with this company. Unacceptable to be operating a business like this.

Ordered over a week ago and paid for express delivery. Tried contacting company through email and phone calls but the phone is never answered and nothing back from the emails. They took my money straight away but had absolutely nothing back from them.

Ordered a few items for P7 PE kit, paid 35 days ago and delivered 2 days back. Whenever contacting customer service through email or phone no response. first 1/2 email responded within 2 weeks of the time of order, thereafter no response

Anyway the items were good

Absolutely shocking service, was given a 3-5 week delivery time and was told it would be with me in that time, have chased multiple time with extended delivery times now looking at 10 weeks delivery. Customer service extremely rude. We use this service for all of our clubs kits and numerous teams are still awaiting kits although the season has started. For any team/club looking to utilise Kit Kings services i would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Ordered my child's school pe kit in July,now 11 September and still no kit. You can't call them as they never answer, and the mail box is always full. Honestly, if it wasn't a school necessity to go through them, I would not use this company. No reply from emails, can't call either.

Ordered my sons PE Kit on the 28th July 2025, received an email on 11th August 2025 advising that it has been dispatched but no other info received. Still not received the PE kit! Emailed them 3 times & left voicemail, no response! I have let the school know.

Terrible company! Ordered PE kit (only supplier) 4th July. Got an email on 10th July saying order dispatched. Its now 9th September and still no PE kit! I have emailed multiple times and the reply is always its being sent out next week. Complete pack of liars! Avoid this shambles of a company!

Been waiting on an order for school PE kit and had an email it was dispatched in August. I am still waiting. I have tried mumerous emails and phone calls which all go unanswered. I am not the only person still waiting either. Multiple parents are left without PE kits for their children and no answers.

I had email from.matthew try tell me didnt get payment but my bank confirms they did then try to get another Payment and when call them and also bank did they couldn't get through just cut off and all I got mail. Box full so where my money and good then

ordered my oldest boy his PE kit for his school on 28th August, still waiting on it to arrive, tried emailing and phoning to see what's happened to my order with no response

Ordered some gear a week ago (no personalisation), paid by bank transfer as I don't have a credit card. I still haven't received confirmation of the order and have been chasing all week, no replies to emails or online chat. The phone line just rings out and the voicemail service just states that the mailbox is full. Infuriating experience.

Ordered 4 base layers and still not received. No personalization. No update, no response to emails and when try calling just says 'mailbox full' all the time. Wish I had paid a couple pound more elsewhere as I would of had long before now.

Update-
Still no items even though 8 days ago I was told they would be out for delivery i. 5-7 days. Can't call as they don't answer and voicemail is full and no reply to emails. I am beyond frustrated. And still not even an attempt at an apology even though orders placed after mine have either arrived or been put out for delivery whilst I've heard nothing. Feels like a total lottery if you and when you get your items.
Pointless lead times listed on the website and total lack of communication and customer support.
Kitking are the only supplier of my sons new school sports kit so we had to buy via them. Their website stated all the items we needed had a 2-4 week availability (note their website still states this timeframe). After placing the order I received the design to approve which I did the same day. The order was placed 4 weeks ago and concerningly another parent made me aware they had been informed (after contacting Kitking) that they still had 5 weeks to wait before they would receive their items.
I was concerned so called (no answer although they did call back) and have received a response that (shock) my items have been delivered to them today and will now be sent for printing which will take 5 additional weeks. So we are looking at a total wait from order of around 10 weeks, if they are true to the 5 weeks. I have lost all faith. If I had not contacted them I believe I would have heard nothing. I also don't believe that on the day I choose to follow up my items are magically delivered and that it takes 5 weeks to embroider a logo and print 2 initials. Terrible service, lacking any customer care and feel trapped as they are the only supplier. Please beware of ordering that the time scales are likely total nonsense and you will likely have to chase repeatedly to get any communication.

Terrible experience. Ordered back in June as it’s part of a school uniform, and still not dispatched, no refund can be given either apparently. Continuously getting told it will be posted ‘by the end of the week’ steer clear, will never order again from them.

Easy to order, quick delivery, quality products

In particular, our account manager, Arran Mistry has helped and advised me directly every step of the way. His recommendations have helped me make the correct decisions in choices of options and sizes.

Arran has updated me every step of the way, and nothing has been too much trouble.

Both Arran and Kitking as a whole are a pleasure to deal with, with superb customer service and quality of the products (we use Nike through them).

I would not hesitate to recommend this company to other clubs and managers and I hope our relationship continues for many years to come.

Brilliant Service and Great Quality Kits

The order process was very easy to complete online. Following the order I had a couple of questions which were answered straight away via email. The order i put in was for 19 customised football shirts for a grassroots football team. The kits arrived earlier than stated and the quality of the kits and the printing was very very good. I would highly recommend Kit King and we will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you.

Applied for some Ao sponsorship for our boys team and we were successful!
Chose the black Nike kit and initials and numbers.
All very easy in terms of ordering, obtaining advice and delivery was timely.

The stock I had originally purchased was going to be out of stock for 2-3 months so Matthew contacted me with a couple of alternatives to change to at no extra cost to me for the inconvenience. He said these would arrive in 2-3 weeks and was true to his word. I checked in weekly and he gave professional feedback every time. As promised, I would leave a review to say how excellent the service was upon the order being complete. We’re looking to order some more training tops for the squad and will definitely be using KitKing for these! Thanks again Matthew!
