Sorted out my order after we put the wrong size by mistake, thank you for your help.

This isn’t the cheapest company out there for a lot of things, but for the items I wanted it was close to the price I get from my usual supplier (I take teams of colleagues to different locations abroad and in the UK)

I have had numerous interactions with Matthew (and previously Lisa) and found both to be very helpful and go out of their way to create the orders, despite this probably taking them quite some time!

Will continue to use for these particular items I need on a regular basis if prices stay the same, and will recommend.

Lisa was very helpful throughout the process - she made it very clear on specifications and was quick to respond which was really appreciated.

Quick easy experience, no issues with customising the kits and the using of the shop app means its easy and convenient to follow and track the progress of the shipment

Just WOW!!!!! What can I say, Lisa is an absolute diamond and a credit to Kitking. Lisa has been an absolute star answering my emails and all my problems that I had super fast. Ordered our AO sponsored football kits through Lisa/Kitking and they are awesome the kids absolutely love them. They arrived in the time frame that was said at the time of ordering. Excellent quality kit, excellent service Thankyou Kitking and AO but again a massive thankyou to the wonderful Lisa

This is my second time using KitKing; the first time was back in 2009 and they did a brilliant job then. This time I needed some kits with our company logo for a corporate charity tournament. Matthew and the team happily obliged and provided a brilliant service from start to finish, albeit some supply issues from Nike originally. However, everything arrived on time and looked brilliant on the day. Thank you to the whole team, and will happily use you guys again in the future.

AWFUL COMPANY ... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! Con people out of their hard earned money by refusing to offer exchanges / refunds on items simply for ordering wrong size and then have the nerve to say if you want the right item you will have to pay full whack again!
Make up a load of rubbish about not refunding "personalised items" - even tho my items were in no way personalised - apparently ordering an item with a Nike logo is a personalised item (which is a loads of lies as it is branded) and I've never had this reason given from other stores with Nike products. SCAM COMPANY DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Matthew was great on the phone - very polite & informative and added extra shirts to my previous order over the phone. First batch of kits that came through looked really good as well. 5 stars!

Great customer service. Ordered at night and called the next day regarding a query I had, and the service was superb.

With only a short lead time available to get ready for a competition, I didn't hold much hope for kit to be provided in time, but KitKing were superb.

Matthew had nothing but positivity for getting kit to us, super helpful in finding what we needed and getting it dispatched the same day ready for delivery in plenty of time. It helps also that Matthew was friendly and proactive. Top stuff!

Will use again!
