Matthew was great to deal with through out the entire ordering process. Even with one of my coaches changing his order during the process, it was no hassle to Matthew. He was polite and professional through out.

Matthew was very helpful at the end of the phone. I had submitted an incorrect email address when making an online order and consequently. Had not received a receipt. Matthew was able to very quickly resolve this for me. Always good to be able to speak to a knowledgeable person at the end of the phone rather than rely on contact by email.

Ordered from KitKing and the item arrived fine. However I found the item significantly cheaper on Sports Direct and KitKing refused to price match (despite having a price match promise). That'll be my first and last order with them then!

Called KitKing and Matthew was a delight to speak to, and resolved my issue very quickly.

Recent experience with Kitking was excellent as Lisa provided regular updates on an order which we were tight on delivery time for (late order on our behalf). Updates allowed us to be comfortable that items would be delivered in time. Cost of items excellent also.

Placed an order on the 12th jan with 2-3 days delivery. It’s now the 30th and my order hasn’t arrived and I’ve had zero communication and no answer to my emails enquiring to what’s happening. No way will I be ordering from this company again.

Matthew has been extremely helpful and professional when dealing with my order. All questions answered, no problem, have always had a great experience when ordering from KitKing.

As the reply below says they did come back to me with an apology and have offered a small refund. Communication is the key and glad they took that on board. I have upped my rating from 1 star to 3 star. Thanks (original complaint below).

Ordered items that were in stock on Monday evening and paid for next day dpd. It's now Friday and no email to say what the issues is or where the order is. Just called them and Matthew is looking in to it. All he could offer was he can send it today and get it to me on Monday or he can reduce the delivery to standard, give me £2 back and I can wait another 5-6 days. Poor customer service and certainly won't be using again

Superb service
Matthew was incredible and found items for me that I couldn’t get online else where.
